What an absolutely disgusting company…
What an absolutely disgusting company to deal with. I ordered two items, one of which they didn’t even have in stock as it transpired. They proceeded to amend my order without my consent and send a single item costing £35 using a shipping method of £15. If I had been contacted regarding this I would have cancelled straight away as I would never pay £15 delivery on an item costing £35. When I emailed requesting for my order to be cancelled I was told it was already shipped. I again emailed to say I would be returning it and expecting a complete refund of all costs as I hadn’t authorised the amended order to be sent at such a cost. I got the following response from Martin, “ There's something wrong with you! Do you have anger management issues?”. Working in a customer based role myself, I know my rights as a consumer, and I also know this is absolutely no way to speak to a customer. This is clearly a company who simply wants a customers money and doesn’t care if they are satisfied or not. In my opinion based on my experience, I would recommend anyone thinking of using this company to think again and spend your money somewhere else where your custom will be appreciated.
