This poor review for Treadly is because…

This poor review for Treadly is because the company prioritizes the taking of orders without the ability to deliver on them. Like many others, I’ve been waiting 4+ months after being quoted a 6 to 8 week delivery time. I purchased at the end of July and still have no clue when I might receive this treadmill. Many of us received an update at the end of September that supply chain issues were impacting delivery times. At the end of October, finally an update arrived that stated the treadmills had arrived and would be shipping in the next 2 weeks. It’s now early December and still no shipment confirmation. I contact their support team about weekly and receive a couple different templates responses. This company needs to change their business practices to only take orders that match their existing inventory. It is completely unethical to take these large payments from people and make them wait this long for the paid for item.

DO NOT ORDER. TOTAL TRASH

I purchased the Treadly 2 Pro on 6/23 with the agreement that it would be received within 4-6 weeks. I followed up on 6/28 as I hadn't received any update other than the order was "processed" and this was by Affirm as they had begun charging me. I was then told it would actually be an additional 4-6 weeks (so a total of 6-8) from the date ordered. I received no response so on the last day of the 8 weeks I emailed again on 8/5 requesting an update. I was told it was going to be another 2 weeks at the LATEST so I emailed on 8/25 (as I had received no update) and was told it was going to be ANOTHER 4-5 weeks.

I would like it noted that throughout this entire time - their website STILL listed 4-6 weeks for delivery of new orders.

I then reached out again at the end of September and was told it would go out at the end of October. End of Oct came and went so I reached out again and requested they cancel my order. Not only have they not cancelled my order and issued the refund they are still having Affirm charge me on 1/24 for an order I CANCELLED.
