I would have given them 5 stars but after I placed my order they had an issue with their warehouse and during that time it was almost impossible to reach anyone about shipping updates. They did reimbu... See more

Awesome and great tires for price on…
Awesome and great tires for price on the market rn especially made in USA from TEXAS shipment was easy and even came before given time communication to receive shipping and tracking is on point they get ahold of you quick I had Nittos and Falkens and these are more rugged and have held up good
Great tirds…
This is the second set of mud tires I have bought from your company. They have great traction in all conditions. Good tread life and reasonable prices. I will buy them again when I need a new set
I hate to say it but buy elsewhere
I had high hopes. They were good tires until a belt shifted in my one rear tire. Tried to get a replacement and the order went through but was canceled after 2 weeks. Emailed and got a refund promptly. Been calling every week for about 2 months now and still cant buy a replacement tire. I dont want to buy 4 new tires but im going to have to from a more reliable manufacturer. I have been running this bad tire for about 2 months now. I cant tow and im getting sick of my truck vibrating apart. The tires seemed nice and wore pretty slow but god forbid you have to get one its damn near impossible. The last 3 times i called it went to voice mail and every week i call its still 6-8 weeks which really sucks. The first time i ordered i could pay and then they would ship them when they got in stock but for some reason they stopped that. The website never seems to be accurate so you have to call and try to talk to someone.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these TIRES…
I absolutely love that these tires are well thought out and used from recycled materials, but the way they grip the road and how aggressive they look are amazing!!! Shipping was fast as well. I'm just waiting until I save up to get another set for my other truck!!! I'm definitely a forever customer now!

Customer Service Response Time
I have had very good success w/ my Treadright Tires for my Jeep Grand Cherokee over the last 5 years. Recently I purchased a pair back in March 2024 and unfortunately ending up running over a HUGE bolt which deemed the tire as unrepairable according to the local tire shop. Its been a week since submiting the warranty claim form and no one has gotten back with me. I have called multiple times for a status w/o success. I will change ranking status once this issue has been remediate.

Bought four AT tires from…Treadwright-Went Downhill quick
*** Update*****. After six more months 3 of the 4 tires I bought have failed. Don't EVER waste your money buying this BS!!!
Bought four AT tires from Treadwright....had a horrible time trying to get them balanced but they finally did at the tire store. It did have some shake but it wasnt too bad. The bad was the belt broke after about 1500 miles in one of the tires. I dont drive this truck very much....maybe once a month or less. Even though I had purchased the 60K warranty, they said theyd take 20% off my next tire purchase! After 1500 miles....insanity. I wont ever purchase from them again. EVER.
**After reply**
So the extra warranty doesn't cover over a year and it's an obvious manufacturer defect. Like I said in my first review ...useless. I'll never buy another tire from here and will make it my mission to tell everyone that this is a terrible product and company that doesn't stand behind it's cheap product

Shipping speed was fantastic.
Shipping speed was fantastic.
Tire could not be balanced to my satisfaction. Front end was aligned. Tires were adjusted to 35 psi. 75 mph shake in the tire as if it was out of round. Just about ready to change out with new front tires. I give up.

Customer Service
Before I ever received my tires, I noticed that I bought 4-ply tires. When I realized what I had done, I immediately contacted customer support and asked what my options were. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with what tires would be best for me. I take great pleasure in spending my money with an AMERICAN owned company and by purchasing an AMERICAN made product.

Not What I Expected
I ordered the Axiom II in 275/65/20 for my 2020 RAM 1500 and they are great off-road. On the highway however, they are in the top three worst tires I have ever owned. Two different tire shops (one was a CDJR service department) could not get the tires balanced. They tried static, dynamic and road force balance options with no luck. This issue exists on all four tires. Ultimately, the closest to balanced (off by 0.5oz and 0.25oz) were put on the front and the worst (both off by 1.5oz) were put in the rear. I contacted Treadwright within the 30 day return window and was told that I missed the statement that said the 30 day return was only in effect as long as the tires had not been mounted. As ridiculous as that is, I missed that, so my bad. I was then given the option to submit a warranty claim on the tires. This included a $45 shipping fee...per tire. They also said that I needed statements from both shops that the tires could not be balanced. I didn't catch the name of the person that I spoke with on the phone, but she was rude and not at all interested in my issues. As a Texan and a veteran, I typically try to spend my money in Texas located businesses and I lean towards veteran owned companies, so I never expected a company that checked both of those boxes to treat a fellow veteran this way. They have lost any credibility in my view and everyone that ask me about these tires hears this story. Now I am stuck with four unbalanced tires until I can put back enough money to have them replaced.

Horrible customer service, called a liar.
I bought 4 tires in November 2023. I had them on my truck a couple months if that, I drive less than 100 miles a month, and the tires saw ZERO offroad use. One didn't balance easily. That tire vibrated horribly at all speeds. I brought the truck back to the same shop (well trusted pros who don't gouge tires beads and we drained the air out of it and inspected it and the bead where the remold meets is pulling apart. We didn't even pull the tire off the wheel just drained the air and pressed the tire bead down from the rim of the wheel (top side of the tire) and it was obvious. The woman I spoke to at Treadwright on 4/25 after leaving multiple voicemails first wanted to argue that I didn't buy "protection on them" (this is a defect issue) then told me I was flat out lying about the miles on my tires (they still have mold nipples on them) and I was lying about them being damaged in the install. She couldn't fathom the tire being defective all though ALL the forums warn about the issues above. So now I'm out whatever that hunk of garbage cost, have ate the cost of another set of tires, and have 3 tires sitting in my garage I won't mount. I mean if Treadwright stood by their product they'd send me out a new one so I could at least sell the set I have, or take them back as cases. I was hesitant about them seeing the reviews, and honestly thought about sending them back after seeing them but that would have been $300 to send them back, half of what they cost. You get what you pay for I guess. I love the Coopers on the truck now.

Awesome Tires and customer support
I have purchased from Treadwright in the past. They have great customer service and their tires are great!! I have gaurd dogs on my 97 Suburban and Wardens on my 2500hd. Both sets work and look great. Had a set of Gaurd Dogs on 1/2 ton pick up and they were great also!

Bought 4 tires
Bought 4 tires, correct size for my f150, 1 tire wouldnt balance and was over 30 ounces. Filed 2 claims, sent picture of tire on balancing machine, a picture of rubber chunk missing, and now a receipt with a note from the tech on it saying it wouldnt balance, and we are still getting a runaround on a replacement. The woman in warranty we are dealing with has an attitude, brushes you off and speaks over us..

Terrible customer service, doesnt stand behind their product.
I purchased QTY 5 guard dog mud terrains in April of 2023 I havent put 3k on them. All 5 tires including the spare has dry rotted around the bead and up the sidewall, tread is in brand new condition. I contacted Tread Wright warranty dept, sent pictures of sidewalls, tread and DOT #. Their first way to get out of replacing my tires was telling me it was cause by weather, I live in Wisconsin, not a state where the sun eats rubber. When i told them that answer was BS they requested a picture of the sticker in my truck door. I sent the information they requested. They came back stating that the tire was too wide for my rims, that is also BS. My stock truck rims are 17" and 7.5" wide, their website clearly states that this tire is suitable for a 7.5 to 9" wide rim. Once I debunked their second attempt to not replace my tires they offered me 50% off a new set. Yes that is what i want to do spend more money with a company that screws its customers over and has the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable brand. Read over all the negative comments from hundreds of other that were screwed over and dont buy from them. This company gives made in America a terrible name. Edit: response to treadwright. My rim is 17" x 7.5" wide. Your website states your tire requires a 7.5 to 9 wide rim. You just choose not to stand behind your terrible products. I also email your owner and ceo and placed a call to them and haven't received a call or email back.

Completely garbage tires
Completely garbage tires. Had less than 19k miles on them and both of the front tires had broken belts. Not only would I not recommend but I think you’d be putting yourself and your family in danger by putting these tires on your vehicle. Edit to reply to the company (treadwright): The truck is a 2022 and has been looked at by the dealer and the tire shop in which it was installed. Neither of which says there is anything wrong with the suspension, struts or anything else to do with the suspension. Only common conclusion is they were bad tires with broken belts, which caused the uneven wear. I have documentation from the tire company stating such. If you don’t want to stand by your product that’s fine as there are many companies worth investing in. I tried to support an American company and got a crap product with a crap company. I will make sure everyone I talk to about tires knows to avoid your company and I’ve got pictures and documentation to support my claim.
