I ordered a ring for my girlfriend and forgot to select next day delivery, so I emailed customer service and Lucy was very helpful and sorted this for me straight away. The quality was amazing and my girlfriend is now addicted to treats!

Amazing customer service
I accidentally ordered the wrong colour gummie bear for my sister and emailed to try and sort this before my order was sent out, customer service sorted this so quickly and was able to change this before my order was sent out! My sister loves the gummie and I can now add one to her collection for every birthday :)

Amazing brand
The website is super easy to navigate & fun. The delivery of the item was also really quick. My favourite part other than the item is how incredible the packaging is, I have reused most packaging from my products for other purposes e.g make up bags or jewellery bags when travelling which is an added benefit.

Don’t order from here! So disappointed. The bracelet arrived completely different to as photographed on the website. The clasp was a lot cheaper and the bracelet was twisted and of extremely poor quality. Like something you’d get in Primark! I decided to return my whole order and get a full refund. Turns out its returns are to “The Couture Club” and seems like they just use influencers to promote the brand and then sell cheap, bad quality jewellery to customers. Customer service team were super unprofessional with spelling errors and emojis all throughout their email responses. All very sketchy and full of lies!
If you’re looking for nice jewellery try ‘PRYA’…. better quality and cheaper prices… also the original creators of the bubble letter necklace!

We're really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service you received. I can see that although we don't accept returns on sale items, we have accepted your return and offered a full refund for this based on the images online being the wrong representation.
These have now been amended and the amendment to the design was something we did to make the style more inclusive and adjustable for everyone!
In terms of 'The Couture Club' address, we are unsure on how this has been linked to our warehouse however, we use third party warehouse services to fulfil orders to ensure we can offer our customers next day delivery to 7pm and the best shipping rates.
All of our jewellery is designed, produced and made by our own suppliers to ensure exceptional quality control however, with product it is always the way where unfortunately it can't be 100% all of the time! We can only apologise that your item didn't meet our usual standards but we hope you give us a chance in future to change your mind!

As they seem to be making multiple pages, I'll say again that this is awful quality jewellery and awful customer service - don't waste your time! Cheap costume quality jewellery that tarnishes and breaks, quality of something you'd get at Claire's or Poundland, and dismissive and unhelpful customer service. Avoid

We're sorry to hear you are not happy with the service you received from our team. We do our best to treat all of our customers fairly, however, sometimes the outcome doesn't always mean everyone is happy.
We take every case on individually and review any images of product, however, there is a limit to what we can accept as a fault. As per our care instructions the customer has a responsibility to look after and care for jewellery in the right way to ensure longevity of their products and we can see that this hasn't been done on this occasion. We test all of our jewellery to the highest standard and plate everything to a level that coincides with our care policies.

My boyfriend bough me a pink gummy phone case after 1!! Day the rim of the case went a dark orange brown, it is not dirt and does not wipe off. Sent photos and multiple complaint emails. Awful customer service, no resolution didn’t offer to replace it or refund I have just been completely ignored after sending 5 emails. £50 for an unused phone case!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.
