The team recently carried out the pollarding of two trees for me, together with cutting back some overgrown and hard-to-reach ivy. The weather was dreadful for much of the day, yet the three-person team remained cheerful, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly hardworking throughout.

Living in Earl’s Court, all of the debris had to be carried through the flat, which made for a long and demanding day. Despite this, they worked efficiently and carefully, and when they finished there was not a single trace that major tree works had taken place. The gardens were thoroughly cleared, swept and blown clean, leaving everything looking immaculate.

A special mention must go to Stephanie in the office. The required consent to prune had become caught up in the aftermath of the RBKC data breach, and without her persistence and intervention I suspect I’d still be waiting. She worked her magic and made the whole project happen.

Exceptional customer service, exceptional workmanship, and genuinely lovely people to deal with. I recommend this company without hesitation and will certainly use them again in the future.

Avoid This Rude and Unprofessional Company!

Tree Care is an absolutely terrible company with zero respect for others. They parked their van directly below my window, completely blocking the road, and ran a loud shredder. When I politely asked them to reduce the noise or move, the worker was incredibly rude. Hoping for a more professional response, I called their office—only to have the woman on the phone be just as rude before slamming the phone down on me.

If you value basic courtesy and professionalism, stay far away from these nasty, inconsiderate people.
