Just received our tree, this tree is superb. The quality is second to none. I have purchased very very expensive trees from other business and none of them can compare with this tree. This tree looks so real. And is so full. I will tell everyone I know about this BEAUTIFUL TREE.

quick delivery! Excatly whT i NEEED!

Buyer beware! I purchased a pre-lit 9 foot Fraser Fir from Tree Classics last year. Brand new out of the box, a strand of lights on the tree didn't work. They sent a replacement tree but now this year another strand of lights isn't working and they claim the replacement section is out of stock until next Fall (2020) and they will not offer any other solutions for this year! Strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for your Chistmas tree needs, Tree Classics quality and Customer Service are very poor.

Beautiful tree. So easy to assemble. Out of the box standing up and lit in only 10 minutes. My 9 ft. Tree is gorgeous and so realistic. No mess, no fuss. So glad I made the purchase.

Disappointed somewhat. Didn't realize all of the branches aren't the same material. Most disappointment is the sparse parts and the branches are not uniform. Some stick way out and other spots don't have branches long enough to fill in the space. otherwise it is a very nice tree. the size is perfect for me. it just doesn't look right or attractive from all angles. don't have time to mess with finding another tree so will keep this one and make the best of it.
This is my 2nd. tree (same one),and the first one had a very flat area on the top section, but it looked better than this one. Wish I had kept it. Gave it away. Glad I at least got this one on sale.

love all the tree's I ever got from tree classics

6 years ago we bought an Alpine White tree from Tree Classics and this will be the last year we use it for Christmas. We love that it is prelite and sparkling white. We moved this year to a new home with 9' ceilings and want a taller tree so we purchased an 8' prelite real feel tree to use starting next year. The new tree arrived today and I can't wait to test the lights before storing it. Delivery took a week and it was dropped at our front door by FedEx. Thank you Tree Classics for helping make our holidays special.

Easy to put up. The flaking of the “snow” was somewhat expected but a little annoying. It’s a very pretty little tree.

The tree is really pretty but I was expecting it to be a bit wider. My previous 6 1/2ft tree was much wider & I just assumed this one would be too, but at least it is on an easy to store rolling stand which will be more convenient to me. The branches are amazing as they look so real. I did have to add additional lights (the Twinkling ones) as I like more lights, especially the ones that twinkle. It really looks beautiful but I won't be able to use all of my ornaments due to the width not being the same.

Beautiful tree! Over 500 tips makes for a very full tree. The only thing that could make it better is multi and white light option o the 7 1/2’ tree

Very happy with the tree I ordered and how quickly it came. Recommended them to family members and they too were pleased with their purchase.

When the tree first arrived and I took it out of the box I was disappointed. The "needles" are "rubber" feeling. It went together easy, two parts and no plugs to hunt for. Once I got the tree set up and got it fluffed I was excited to see how real it looks. I put the ornaments on it and it is lovely. I wasn't sure about the changing lights but its fun to switch them out. All in all its a lovely tree and so easy to put together.

We have purchased a tree, wreaths, garland from Tree Classics. Description of items on line are accurate and items are exactly as depicted. The quality of product is excellent. The products look realistic and are durable. We have been using our tree for seven years, and it still looks brand new. Just bought a new wreath for our front door! Gorgeous!

Love my new tree..snap tree was so easy and so real like

We could not love our Tree Classics Christmas tree anymore than we do! If you want the best of both worlds, having the look and beauty of a live tree but the durability and value of an artificial tree, you definitely want to buy a Tree Classics Christmas tree! We get so many compliments on our tree and quite frankly people believe it's real! It is so beautiful and so sturdy and here we are 2 years in and it still looks like we bought it today! We now have 2 of them!

If I can only give 0. I was told in the email that the replacement tree will be delivered yesterday. No tree arrived. Called customer service again, the lady said the replacement tree was not even picked up by fedex from the warehouse. I asked if I can just get a refund, she said they have to send the replacement and for me to receive it first before I can file for a refund. That doesn’t make any sense! Please save your money and go buy where replacements and returns are easy. This is so frustrating. They have my money and I don’t have a tree.

Shape of tree was excellent. Was disappointed with the needles. Expected it to be less artificial looking. My last tree which was over twenty years old looked more real. I had many people who thought it was a real tree and this one doesn’t hold up to that standard.
