Trelleborg seems not interested in…

Trelleborg seems not interested in doing business, or those who are hired and paid to to process and answer the contact form, the only way to get in contact with Customer service or any service by the way, are not doing their job, filed a form 4 weeks ago. still did not get an answer spite the size of our company 20000 + employees. Called customer service in Robles CA, can't leave a message. Got a list of employees at Trelleborg Robles, I can't spell the name using a dial pad. will try call Trelleborg Denmark, lets hope I get some who is humble enough to talk to me
