Don’t do it. Just don’t do it. Totes scam.

I am so happy to share this review.
I looked up other reviews before purchasing, only to discover it’s a scam-bots write reviews.
Don’t waste your time on Shopify or anywhere else.
This is a total and legitimate scam shop.
You’ll send money. You won’t get anything.
You’ll get upset and it won’t matter.

Scammers who send random cheap items to show proof of delivery

Scammers! Treluxia shipped a random cheap item instead of the items I actually ordered and use the proof of delivery to commit fraud.

I found Treluxia and Shop/Shopify and purchased three items through Shop, not the Treluxia website because I mistakenly assumed Shopify would provide a layer of protection and authenticity. A tracking number was issued fairly quickly with no movement for weeks. I discovered later that allows Treluxia to be paid. When I finally received my order, it was random men’s belt instead of three bags/cases I’d actually purchased. Hoping to get the items I ordered, I contacted Treluxia which resulted in a seemingly endless loop of automated replies requesting the same documentation I’d provided in my first email and every email thereafter. The emails from Treluxia were just a copy-paste each time, making it clear there is no actual resolution process.
