I won't buy from them again
My first experience of shopping with Trendhim Australia is my last. The product took 1 month to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong colour and was damaged. Trendhim if you want to improve your customer service do the following: Make sure damaged goods don't pass quality control, take more responsibility for your shipping company's stuff ups, apologise to the customer who has been inconvenienced and probably most important of all, be upfront and let customers know the goods they're ordering aren't in Australia, but coming from a warehouse in Denmark! The only thing going for them in my experience is that they did answer my emails and eventually refunded me my money.
Very unhappy and I definitely don't recommend them.

I didn't know that even online shopping …
I didn't know that even online shopping can be a nice experience. Funny and quite entertaining mail templates, fast delivery and nice bracelets. One bracelet I sent back - with no problems at all. I received my money back within a few days. The only drawback: the German Post doesn not accept free shipping abroad (retrurn adress is in denmark) so I had to pay the postage, although the sticker says postage will be payed by adressee.

Everything was perfect!
Trendhim is a fantastic online shop! They have a huge collection of awesome items at great prices. But what really puts the icing on the cake for me is Trendhim's friendly and cool attitude. I feel like I'm with friends, with people who really care and want to make sure that everything is perfect for me, the shopper. Just try it, you'll thank me!
