Please don't buy from them. Their return policy is absurd and they will not respond. They have asked to take the video of the pick up but the person refused to it. Now we have lost 2500/- They are a big fraud

I ordered sofa covers worth 9000 rupees which didn’t fit my sofa…. So I wanted to exchange them… after multiple attempts they arranged for pick up of the return … but later said you are suppose to take video while handing over the covers to the pick up boy as we have received a different piece of cloth in return… this is just very very gross… I am looking to get a legal help and teach them a lesson so that they don’t do the same thing to other customers … just pathetic company… do not buy anything
