Bought a ring for christmas, didn't fit, sent as retour. They go bankrupt and don't reimburse me and don't send me the ring back.... Pure theft. Please don't buy from them. I don't care who took over, the simple truth is I sent the goods back and I don't get my money nor the good back. Again... pure theft.

Terrible service. By reading some comments here I realize the webshop is bankrupt which explain why I sent several email without any response. It was my first purchase and I checked the review before, it was all good. But now, please stop buying from this store

I ordered the items from the shop on the 17th of December and never got a response from the shop. This is just a scam, do not use this shop ever please. And even to refund , they are not responding at all. If there would be no delivery, sue the place. This shop is terrible , never order anything from them.

Attention, the return is on you!! If the package doesn't reach them, YOU are guilty and pay for the products!!! They have NO return label, they are only interested in selling their goods! Very rude staff! I will never order again!

After the order delivery would be done rapidly, but nothing happened. Emails were not answered and the after sales service did not pick up the phone. Does this webshop actually exist and have activities?

the delivery time they assured in the site it's a marketing lie. I'm waiting for 2 weeks for my garmin and I called the CS, the only solution they provided was to give back my money or wait more 3 weeks for my already paid product. I will never buy a thing from this company.
