The Trendspider team has always has pretty amazing customer service. Very responsive, and always making an effort to solve an issue, answer a question, or generally make the whole experience better.

I really have no idea what I'm doing...but so far customer service (Justin) seems helpful.

The support and technical staff at TrendSpider are exceptional. They promptly responded to my inquiry and resolved my issue efficiently. I cannot express my admiration for the TrendSpider product and the dedicated technical support that ensures a seamless user experience. While I have utilized other trading platforms in the past, TrendSpider stands out as the superior choice in my opinion.

I wanted to leave a review for these guys, because in this age the high level of customer support I have received has been outstanding. Especially Justin has been amazing. I tried out their new AI assistant Sidekick. Thought I would then check out all the other AI assistants I could find. Nothing came close to sidekick in terms of ease of use, and depth and accuracy of answers. I havent been the easiest customer, and yet they have been amazing to work with. Very quick to get back to you, and a person, not a standardised robot. Their onboarding also was really helpful. I had a very patient person walk me through every aspect of their platform. Cant speak highly enough of them. They have a customer for life with me.

Trendspider has a very good charting and stock analysis tool for traders as well as investors . Justin from cutomer support team was very responsive and offered me a discount which was attractive for me. I am pleased with their service.

I’ve been using Trendspider for over 5 years now. I can’t imagine buying or selling a stock, etf or crypto without this tool. I’m a long term “buy and hold” investor with swing trades mixed in and between the strategy tester and scanner - it’s an essential tool for me. Add in sidekick being the best ai model out there, I’ll never not be a subscriber.

This product and its customer support both are top notch, i bought an annual plan to experience it without any constraints and over the period on multiple instances needed some form of assistance which was always available, Justin/DuWayne two executives helping all the way and make sure concern gets closed.
Trendspider as a charting tool itself is packed with features difficult to find elsewhere such as their AI assistance sidekick which basically does all the heavy analysis and provides very comprehensive feedback sometimes spanning over many pages explaining past, current and future prospects.
Their social media team is also doing a great job posting significant setups very helpful for people who are busy with their job/work.
Variety of market scanners and alert system which works together to take right entries.
One area which can be improved upon is future markets, where useful indicators are external and paid.

Video tutorials are poorly made. Not seeing a point to become a long-term subscriber.

It’s amazing to be able to test strategies using natural language. I also really appreciate having the AI handle the evaluation.
