We ordered some shoes on this website…

We ordered some shoes on this website that was advertised through facebook.
The shoes ordered should have been a uk size 6. Euro 39.
The shoes that came were a uk size 5. Euro 38.
When i emailed letting them know that the wrong size was delivered the response was. I can keep them and get 50% off another pair.
My response was how can i keep a pair of shoes that do not fit. I want the correct size sent.
I have emailed them 3 times showing evidence( which they asked for) and since proving they sent the wrong item they keep ignoring me.
In another point the quality of the shoes is terrible.
It's another scam website that just accepts your money and sends out poor quality and wrong sizes. Keep away.
