We were coming from GoDaddy
We were coming from GoDaddy, and having an absolutely horrible time with their customer support teams. We were trying to have our URLs changed and manage the redirects for the URLs we owned, but this process was unnecessarily complicated by GoDaddy's procedures, and dragged out to the point where our website was down for over a week in a critical period for our organization which could not afford any down time.
GoDaddy's support team was rude, unresponsive, slow, and highly bureaucratic and prone to offering upsells to more of their useless services instead of actually fixing our issues.
Now contrast this with our experience migrating to TrentaHost. From the getgo, Aidan welcomed us onboard, into what felt like a close-knit team. He was able to offer constant, well-informed, and patient support for us late into the night in what I assume was beyond his personal work hours in order to help us get our migration out of GoDaddy finalized and our websites up and running as soon as possible.
His direction, expertise, and availability was a breath of fresh air after coming from the horror show that was GoDaddy, and this was on top of him juggling a business trip he had to make the next day.
In what would have taken GoDaddy a number of weeks had we continued to work with them took the TrentaHost onboarding team two days, and for a fraction of the cost, thanks in no small part to the lack of horrific sales tactics and upsells from the customer department when you're simply trying to fix or resolve an issue with your service.
I cannot recommend enough working with TrentaHost after our experiences with the "bigwigs" at GoDaddy for comparison. It has been a night and day difference, and our websites are working just great, even faster after the optimizations Aidan helped us set up.
Hopefully my little anecdote can help anyone else struggling with the nightmare that is GoDaddy consider a real and effective alternative.

Fast Network, Slow Support
I’ve been using TrentaHost. for their VPS services, and I have to say, the network provided by CERA is quite good, and their pricing is reasonable. However, I’m really frustrated by the extremely slow ticket response times. I’ve never experienced an IDC that takes 1-2 months to respond to a support ticket. This makes me feel disrespected as a customer.
Good progressive improvements with rooms to be better
Recent upgrades and server consolidation has seen better performance in terms of speed and availability. There are still room for improvement for providing better resources for WordPress users since the requirements for basic website has increased, especially with additional essential plugins.

Seems like your VPS was created on a NODE that is spiking. We have paused VPS sales into pending as we have no more stock at the moment.
We can process you a refund and you could perhaps try a Dedicated Server -- it's the same but just with Dedicated resources, may benefit you more with running a game server.
Alternatively, you can wait till we get some stock and I can move you to a new server.

absolutely terrible customer support & services , my dedicated server has been having issues for almost a week since i purchase it and the support team takes about 3-4 days to reply to your first message 0/10 do not recommend this hosting provider any more it's gone very very downhill , Will be going with evoxt next time i purchase a dedicated server or vps or webhosting
