I’m writing to complain on behalf of my friend my friend had her done in this salon and she wasn’t pleased with the outcome they didn’t listen to what she wanted done but she was too nervous to say she wasn’t happy with her experience what so ever and she will be going to a new salon due to this

I have been getting my haircut by Polina for a few years now. The experience is never less than perfect. She is a brilliant stylist and makes my hair look fabulous. The salon always smells gorgeous and there is endless tea and coffee. Everyone is friendly and I plan to keep visiting as long as I have hair!!

I used to use Trepadora a few years ago but needed to save a bit of money and so tried other products for a while. Nothing did as good a job, though, and when a sale came up last month, I bought 3 bottles of my favourite styling gel (bamboo ginseng) to keep me going for a while. I had a problem with delivery which Bryony sorted out for me perfectly.
I hadn't been using enough product in my hair and when I realised this the other day and adjusted the amount, the effect was significant - I'm now back to soft, bouncy beautiful wavy curls that are nearly frizz-free (almost impossible with my dyed dry hair).
I'm staying with Trepadora now, no point going anywhere else, it's fabulous!

I recently purchased various products as they work well with my curly hair and I won’t use anything else-unfortunately some of the order didn’t arrive.I emailed customer services and received a swift reply from Bryony who helped resolve the problem-this morning the rest of my order arrived-which I was delighted with! Great customer services .😄

Delivery was really quick, I had great support from the team in how to get the best out of the products, which I really love! I’m on a quest to find the best products for my waves and these definitely are up at the top for great results on wash days!
