Very Disappointing

No follow up. No call back. No show. Will not be returning. If you cant get it together to make a time and day for a measure and quote, clearly you dont need our business. Will be going elsewhere. The Busselton office service is terrible

They do care, you just need to talk to the right people .

I purchased some vinyl plank from the Canning Vale store, however the information from the sales team was less than close to the process for installing, despite asking many questions about time to job and when we could expect to move furniture back.
With what we thought to be right info we thought we were well prepared, not the case when the tradesmen arrived. They were great tradies and very accommodating but it was clear the sales team really didn't know what was happening, as if we had of been told we needed to vacate the premises we certainly would have!
In desperation I called the Osborne Park office and spoke to some very helpful people who took on board my feedback and did exactly what they said they would. My faith in the company was restored, this was not the 1st time I have used Trevors in CV but the first time with vinyl plank.
The tradesmen on every occasion have been amazing and we are super happy with the flooring and that this family owned business really is striving to provide great customer service...

This is my second time dealing with…

This is my second time dealing with Trevors Carpets Midland. I was very happy with the service and help I got from Danny. He was very helpful. Lorry came out and laid the flooring on time and did a excellent job. The only issue we had was a join had been placed in a walk way. So we rang the store and got a different person on the phone, his attitude was shocking. We tried to explain that we were very happy with the job, his cuts were brilliant the only issue was the join. The man on the phone kept talking over my husband and demanding we remeasure the floor now, he kept asking is that exact so we did as he was demanding it. The very next day Lorry came out the replace the flooring once again over the moon with his work and attitude. If it wasn’t for Danny and Lorry’s service and can do attitude I wouldn’t go back. We would have give a 5/5 rating just for those two. The only reason we are giving 4/5 is because of that rude dismissive and demanding man who didn’t even know the job and was telling us were our kitchen and laundry are one room. NOT

Terrible Experience

We had our hybrid floors installed by Trevor's Carpets and it's the worse decision we've made in the entire build process. A number of our walls were damaged, a portion of the living room floor has a giant cut mark running across it, the floor in the study moves, and the house was left in a mess that literally took us hours to clean. I called [Name Removed] on the 23rd October to advise of the damages and he said someone from the customer service team would call me 'early next week to discuss'. I told him that we were moving into the house the following weekend and I needed somebody to call on Monday so we could get this sorted asap. I sent photos of the damage to [Name Removed] via email. On Monday 25 October [Name Removed] from the customer service team called and said he would organise somebody to come and look at the damage on either Wednesday or Thursday. I advised him that as both my husband and I work full time it's difficult for us to take time off work to be there for the inspector, but if they called my husband when they were planning on coming he would try his best to be there. I also advised [Name Removed] that I had already sent some photos of the damage to [Name Removed], [Name Removed] replied "Oh, that will be useful in assessing the damage" - so I can only assume that this email hadn't even been forwarded on to him prior to his phone call.

On Thursday 28 October my husband received a call from the inspector that he was coming to look at the damage. My husband said he would try his best to be there. The inspector was rude, argumentative and had obviously come to our house with the intention of intimidating us into accepting that all of the damage was covered as 'acceptable' in the clause of the contract. He also basically implied that we had cut the floorboards ourselves, although I'm not sure how he thinks that this is possible considering we weren't living in the house and had no furniture in the house. He had the same attitude about the weird drip marks that had appeared higher up on the study walls, saying that they don't use glue so it couldn't have been them. Considering that the damage wasn't there prior to floor's installation I'm not sure who else could have made it. Also, apparently the moving portion of floor in the study is within the 5mm allowance, meaning we just need to deal with. He did mention if it becomes an issue later on we can contact them to let them know. (Not quite sure how much more of an issue it's supposed to become?)

After the visit, I called [Name Removed] from customer service and passed on the feedback my husband had given and asked him why they would send such a rude person to assess the damage who from the get go just set out to be argumentative and intimidating. I also reminded [Name Removed] that I had been the one pushing for them to come and inspect the house prior to us moving in because I had wanted to avoid the risk of them claiming we had damaged the walls etc ourselves and now this is exactly what the inspector was claiming. His exact words to me were "I don't exactly know what you want me to do?" I told him I wanted him to fix the issue. He said "Ok, I'll see what I can do."

This was six days ago and we still haven't heard back from them. I can only assume they send extremely rude and argumentative inspectors in the hopes of intimidating their customers to not to follow up on damages.

I have photos of the damage, and in some of them you can see the mess that was left behind. I didn't realise this was going to escalate so I hadn't bothered to take more photos of the house prior to us cleaning.

I know that the damage isn't huge, but because they are literal holes in the plaster it's still going to take quite an effort to patch and repaint. I haven't even included the more minor dents.

Save yourself the headache we're currently dealing with and go with somebody else.

Today (4 November) I received a phone call at 7:45am to advise that they had ordered some replacement parts to fix the damage but that it wouldn't be in until next month. I asked the lady what was happening about the damaged walls and she replies, "I don't know about any damaged walls, Neil has just advised that we were doing this as a good will gesture".

I am at an absolute loss for words. They damage our property and now apparently they're doing US a favour by fixing a portion of the damage and ignoring the other issues.

Meticulous attention to Detail

Trevors Carpets in Willeton were outstanding in organising my new engineered wooden floor (under Strata Insurance). Sky was articulate in his explanations, detailing the quality of different flooring types we discussed and when I mentioned the colour tone I was looking for, he was able to suggest a number of different options. Nothing was too much trouble. The floor was then laid meticulously by Shane and looks brilliant.

So professional

So professional.
I decided that I needed new floor covering but was unsure as to replace with carpet or timber. I went on sites and Trevors Carpets was the best site so I went to the Joondalup store on the 12th with a few choices I had made from the site. Carlo assisted me and I can not praise him enough. I had taken a sample of my old carpet so that I could try to match my original carpet colour, should I decide to choose carpet. We discussed the style of my home and the type of floor covering that would be best suited to the area I wanted to cover. He spent time looking for the colour I wanted and gave me a sample I could take home of a hard surface and a carpet and told me to place them in different parts of the area I wanted to cover and in different lights. I did this and took photographs. 13th I bought the carpet and by the 19th it was laid by Tom and Simon who were exceptional. They took up my old carpet and took it away. They were so precise in their work ethics. I am one very happy customer. I am a senior. I had been worried about replacing floor coverings but it all went so well. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Professional and helpful

Kyla at Myaree was really helpful and accommodating as I took months to finally arrange installation. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to do business with this company and I would return again should I need more floor coverings.

The end result is magnificent, with perfect workmanship by polite and professional tradies. You could not go wrong using this unpretentious friendly company who deliver on their promises.

Harassment from their Accounts Team

We recently worked with Trevors Carpets to get floorboards. While we were happy with the floorboards the aggression from their accounts department was unacceptable. Due to unforeseen changes the bill had to be reissued. While we were waiting for the bill to be reissued for 3 days we were left threatening voicemail messages from their accounts department demanding payment. I called and notified our manager who apologised. The bill was reissued. We arranged payment one day later but received another threatening voice mail from their accounts team demanding that we pay and inferring that the matter had already been referred to a debt collector. The job is still not complete as we wait for skirting boards which we had been told we would not need. I find this behaviour completely abhorrent and am shocked that Trevors Carpets would treat their customers in this way. I will no longer be recommending Trevors Carpets due to this behaviour.

we had our flooring done from trevors…

we had our flooring done from trevors carpet in Willetton and we are so disappointed with the whole process.

we were quoted a price then on arrival and after the carpets had been removed we were told that wasn't in the quote when it was mentioned that it as.

we were concerned with the sunken lounge and we were told that they use a sturdier flooring etc yet when they layed the flooring we were told it was an extra $800 as it was a step that thy didn't include in the quote.

when the job was finished the traddie informed us that we will have to be extra carful not to get the flooring wet, dry mop etc although with a pool and younger children this grew concerns. when raising concerns with john (part owner) he suggested it was common sense and he had no responsibility to tell me the cleaning nature of the flooring.

after all this a few days later we had to get the traddie back as the flooring was uneven and scotias coming apart, the corners were uneven and large gaps.

once again after this problem was fixed the scotias began coming away from the wall, I waited a whole day for someone to com which they never did, nor did they contact me. I called them at 4.45 pm, the next day he come out only to tell me he didn't have the equipment and will have to come back.

tis job cost over 5k and I would suggest to anyone looking to do their flooring not to use this company, do your research as we hate the flooring, what it cost and the continuous hassle afterwards.

After following a Trevors carpet…

After following a Trevors carpet (Willeton) vehicle down Erindale road in WA on the 1205pm 1st March 2018 the DRIVER ON THE PHONE for most of which they were all over the road I contacted Trevors Carpet in Willeton to complain ONLY to be advised it is one of it's owners so they would not take the complaint.
So I do believe that apparently these people are ABOVE THE LAW and have NO CARE for PUBLIC SAFETY.

AS such I recommend people avoid this carpet outet as THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR ANYONE ELSE'S SAFETY on the ROADS
