THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS! Whatever you do NOT buy this or any other Trezo machine. I ordered one from Poland and it paid $6500 for it plus another 1000 in ship/tariffs and it's absolute junk! After months of working on it I could barely get it to work and a bunch of parts and the motor already failed. Their support is HORRIBLE as well. I normally don't take the time to bother to write something like this but my GAWD are these guys the absolute worst. Do you want a $7k paperweight that never works? This is the item for you. Seriously, the wiring and harness looks like it was done by a toddler when you actually get it. They overlap and catch on the moving mechanisms because little thought was even given to using a ziptie. The fans and motors were misaligned out of the box and never made properly or even tested, the feeding knife was basically hot glued on and came out loose within an hour of use, and more things than I can write here. Just wow, absolute garbage, go anywhere else, TRUST ME!
