Scam!!! The product don't correspond with the description... I was looking for soldering Flux, I received empty bottles!!!
They told me that was normal..

My package didn't arrive to me because they sent to me a wrong AWB. I contacted them and told them that but they told me to contact myself the shipping company to find where is my pack. After that, when I did it and I discovered they gave me a wrong AWB, I told them that, but they did not send to me the good AWB, they told me to go to my post office to obtain a letter form them with a proof that the pack did not arrive to me. Do you understand how cunning they are? I basically paid the item and they didn't delivery anything to me and the make fun of me too.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Purchased item that was £42.95 on Frugo website. Waited weeks for delivery and finally received an item that was appalling and was not what I ordered. It’s states on paperwork that you have to return to the sender and not Frugo head office in the UK. It cost me £22 to return item to Singapore and I ensured it was tracked. The item was delivered on 19th April 2022 and as yet had no response as to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR FRUGO AS THEY WIN AND YOU LISE!!

DO NOT buy from them! You will not be able to return to China address.

bout 2 pears shoes from them sent wrong size order 7.5 got size 5 from china no help sent back to them cost £14,90 to send to Switzerland retund back not none so now have 2 shoes dont fit £85 pounds out of dont bye frome them rip off

Send a diferent item, lower specs and then ask for do partial refunds, if you dont agree they blame you for choosing a wrong item and to return at your own cost

Wanted to send sth back but they didnt deliver me the right label and then they told me my return time is over. What a joke!

Avoid buying from Fruugo Sweden and especially TRIBAL SENSATION PTE SINGAPORE!
First they deliver a faulty product
Second they lie about receiving the product returned to them,
Finally on accepting that they actually received the return, LIED once again about refunding money.
Completely dishonest jerks who wants to make money exploiting the location difference.
If there was a way to sue both Fruugo and Teibal sensation PTE, I will do.

Stay away! Ordered a battery for ebike. Package did not arrive - when I informed them about missing package, they refused sort this out before Fruugo ask them to send a new item. When package finally arrivied after 3months, it was an empty box. Paid 200dollar for an emty plastic box normally costing 40 dollar on ebay. Description on norwegian webapge indicate this is a battery. Once more they refuse to sort out the problem. Fooled big time. Itd better/cheaper to order from ebay.

Never buy anything from this company. They have incorrect ads on places like fruugo and they send you something you haven’t ordered then saying everything is right. And then start to be rude to you. Prices for product you think you’re getting seem low but for the thing you get are really high. So if it looks like you’re getting a deal, forget it.

Order was incorrect due to accident of my click on two instead of one quantity. Tribal Sensation made offer partial refund as compensation for disappointment.

Purchased an item through Fruugo, the delivery were fast.
My experience with the company has been very positive.

Terrible experience where the item I ordered was faulty.
The process to get a replacement took forever with countless emails and problems sending the required information.
Now I have waited a month and still do not have the replacement item in my posession.

Paypal was grate al the time for me and my Familie, I would like they expend their System out of Europa.

Everything was fine with the product and it worked the way it should, but the delivery time and customer survice was downright appalling. It took more than two months for the item to be delivered and I got no response when I sent an email asking about this.

I'm giving such a low rating because I made my order at the end of June, expecting my delivery to arrive within 30 days, and it did not get to me until more than 45 days, which was frustrating. Considering that what I ordered was a pregnancy pillow and I'm already at the end of my pregnancy and can't use this for very long, it's a bit annoying.

Never even think of using this fake spam shop, you don’t get what you ordered!!! I ordered a set of play bow, arrow and target for a child, and received only the target in cheap plastic and not the bow and arrow!!! Payed a fortune for the simplest target and they say this was all I ordered!!! This is a warning I hope you read and take note of in order to stop them from stealing our money!

This company is a fraud in association with fruugo. Never received my order in Greece.Supposed Shippment appears to be on its way first in a town in Greece and after 2 weeks in the USA.Its still there after 16 days. Thieves and scumbags.I reported the fraud to the Swiss police.

Confirm what's been said, this company is buying fake stuff from china and reselling it. They will trick you into breaking policy T&C to get rid of you.
