So far not disappointed with the SC-HTE80EB-K Soundbar.
Purchased from TribalUK.com for a good price. The delivery process was very impressive with effective updates along the way.
The product has met my expectation and integrates excellently with my Panasonic TV.
The Bluetooth connection to iPad and iPhone is the "Cherry" with great sound quality!
Product and Supplier are highly recommended!

The YAS-101 Soundbar didn't work. I plugged it in, no light. I tried it with the remote control - same. Tribaluk apparently don't have a test person, so if an item is faulty, only the User finds it out.
I've absolved them from blame, despite having had to unpack, try out, repack and arrange for collection. They were very good about taking it back.

I got a Roberts Dreamdock from Tribal. It stopped working within a couple of days. Despite this i'm giving 5 stars as they dealt with the situation brilliantly. No questions at all, they organised same day swap for another one. No cost to myself. The new one is fine. things go wrong with any company. Where marks are earnt is how these things are dealt with. Tribal could not have done more.

Was let down by John Lewis for a Samsung soundbar. One day after placing the order, went to collect it at my nearest Waitrose branch only to be told that it was not in stock. Despite having accepted my order, John Lewis did not see fit to inform of that difficulty.

I cam home and bought the same item from TribalUK who delivered it the very next day - quicker and more convenient than having to collect it from John Lewis - and at a saving of over £90 compared to the John Lewis price.

Why didn't I think of TRibalUK first?

Lowest price and quidco, good reviews so gave them a try. Unfortunately everything went well and I have had no cause to complain, so I cat say how good the after care/customer service is and here's hoping I don't have to find out ! However I trust it would be a as good as the experience so far and can only add that I would favourably consider using them again.

Roberts Stream i65 at the cheapest price we could find and £70 cheaper than John Lewis (although only 1 year warranty. There was a voucher code which "paid" for the delivery. Once the order was despatched DPD delivered it exactly at the time agreed. As well as that, it is a fantastic very versatile purchase.
