They would not accept an exchange from Luisa Spagnoli - the item was purchased as a Christmas gift and we went to exchange in Jan only to be told that it was outside of the 14 day window! What company doesn't extend the return window over Christmas, let alone during a pandemic! All I am asking for is a smaller size, and they are refusing to help. Don't bother with this company!
