I recieved my Pachanoi and Williamsii and they were high quality and well packaged cacti, I'm very happy with them and was super happy to see a little flower on one of my williamsii! There was a little mishap with Royal Mail where they took a very long time to come (even though they were sent with 24hr tracked) throughout this time, Byron was very communicative and even sat on the phone with them a few times trying to get my parcel to me, even helped to squash my fretting over their health and offered to replace them if they became etiolated (which thankfully they didnt) it's clear they care about their customers and the cacti they're sending, I'll definitely be purchasing from them again!

Sent me 4 separate emails in the space of a week asking me to leave a review, you should really chill with this, once is enough. If someone doesn't leave a review respect their decision rather than hounding them.

I have ordered several times from Trichocereus now and have been very impressed with the Cactus plants I received, both in terms of the health and size of the plants and the packaging.

Really well packed and all have arrived in perfect condition bare rooted as described on their website to protect the plants. I ordered the premium substrate with the plants and some pots so it was all ready when they arrived.

I have had backwards and forwards emails with Byron the proprietor regarding best practices re planting, lighting, general care and watering and he has been very patient and thoroughly explained everything. Nothing has been too much trouble - really wish all businesses operated like this.

I have complete confidence in Byron and his business and will always use them going forward.

Half a dozen cacti arrived today. All healthy specimens with whopping root networks.

Packaging was so great I was reluctant to take them out as they looked so cosy in there. You'd think the seller was packaging his own child. Also have lots of cardboard chips now to add to my compost.

Seller honoured me with an additional cacti as I'd bought on the day a discount just ended, with no prompting. A fair businessman and pleasant surprise however my review has to focus on the health of the plants and nicely developed root structures.

Also came with a cool sticker that my daughter loved.

I'll be back.

How perfect - it's now one week now after arrival and all the beautiful baby cactii are thriving. I received them in excellent condition, all well packed , and I was absolutely delighted to find extra little cactii in the box. This was then followed up with helpful email from Byron checking on their arrival and describing how to pot them and care for them.

The three cacti I ordered arrived quickly and were wrapped up carefully for shipping. I am a novice cactus owner but they must have been in good shape because one started flowering just a week later. They came with instructions which was a relief :) very positive experience, I'm sure I will order more in the future! I chose to order from here rather than a bigger company that does all sorts of plants en masse, because it seemed like Byron is really passionate and knowledgeable about this niche, and now I'm just even more convinced. Communication was great and he is available if you have questions too which is reassuring for a newbie like myself.

They absolutely know what they are doing when it comes to cacti. The specimens I received were gorgeous and with a little love and the substrate they put in to accompany it, my botanist partner is extremely happy with the specimens. They are self-pollinating and as they arrived about to flower, in beautiful condition, with perfect root health they are looking wonderful in our little home and I look forward to raising the seeds from them.

Bought a San Pedro cactus and a penis cactus. Byron was such a cool dude. Such great plants and he even let me come round and see the green house. What a day!!! Will deffo be back 😁🙌
