Refused return / exchange

I had two orders. One was for a fire staff. Full points, came quickly, well weighted. 2018 or so, old management. Then, in 2022 or so, some 3-4 years later, the company was under new management, I started getting into making my own props. The new group shipped me the wrong material, told me it was what I ordered, and wouldn't let me exchange it for the right material. I would have been fine even keeping the garbage material if they had just helped me find what I had been looking for. But nope, they refused to respond when I tried to resolve it after that. I finally threw out the unwanted (yet very expensive) material today after like a year of never getting it resolved. Boo on them.
