Useless Avoid! Collections always missed, customer service is useless. We cancelled our service back in the summer and they forgot to stop invoicing us and now they have got a debt agency chasing us for a service we have cancelled??
Don’t use this company. Rubbish is mounting up because they just don’t bother emptying the bins. False promises about collections and a very one sided contract. My advice would be use somebody else.
Had a year contract & had a few issues leaving. But the team were very helpful and explained to me very clearly how to remedy. They also very generously waived a fee for me for which I was most grateful.

First of all, my experience with them has been horrendous from the beginning. They kept missing their collection and charging me for those collections. It took me a long time and back and forth of emails to get rid of the extra charges (which I'm pretty sure they still overcharged me but I gave up) - obviously, I had loads of issues with the council due to the rubbish building up because of their poor service.
Due to these issues, the council has requested that we switch to a sack collection service, so we requested a quote from them and they provided an incredibly non sense expensive quote and otherwise pay a £1000 to end their contract early. Madness for a small business like us! They have no empathy, common sense and not even a complaints department!
Please stay away from this company!!

There are a ton of costs piled on top of what I originally paid. Ended up paying £1600+ for a single skip.
Could have done what I needed with 3-4 smaller skips which would have saved me 50% at least. Regret using them.
EDIT in response to Trikon's comment:
Yes you only charged the rate you specified however it would have been nice if someone had asked "what materials will you be putting in the skip" at which point you could have advised that weight is likely to be higher based on those materials.
Not saying the company themselves are bad... service and response times were adequate...
Simply put I would have saved £1000+ by getting a number of smaller skips that don't have weight based pricing.
So this review is a warning to those that might be in the same position as I was.

We appreciate your business and want to clarify the charges. For your first collection, we charged only the agreed-upon price for transport and the per-tonne rate for the RoRo. We also provided you with weight tickets.
For the second collection, you left a mattress and a fire extinguisher, which are not permitted items. As a result, we had to charge separately for their disposal.
Trikon is budget friendly and we saved a good amount by contracting with them. and there is a person assigned to us which is taking care of all our huddles of miscollection and everything.
Absolutely shocking company, terrible customer service, paid for rubbish collections, and failed to collect, this isn't the 1st time either, failed numerous times.
Tried to cancel collections, told 3 months notice required, paid invoice, they then did not to collect rubbish. When taken up with them said I would have a refund. Instead of refund they deducted it from a invoice already paid! Then threaten with debt collection agency, when in fact they owe me for invoices paid and rubbish not collected
