Worst online purchase online experience ever.
Placed order on Aug 1st. Took the money and heard nothing about the order for a whole week.
Sent message on their online chat system, no reply; Sent email asking the status of the order, no reply.
When they finally replied, the staff blamed me for using the default shipping method they set up. All in all their point is, you should have chosen the shipping method wisely, not just go for the default setting, so it is all on the customers.
I have been buying gunpla/tools/paints from the retailers all over Canada, sometimes US and Asia. I have never had such a rude reply from any of them. Good job Trinity Hobby.
If you have to make a purchase from Trinity Hobby online, keep that in mind and go for the most expensive shipping method. Maybe they will serve you like a king.
