I couldn’t recommend trio media enough. We moved over to them after having problems with another company, Claire and the team are welcoming and take time to understand your business and vision. We have recently worked with Catherine and Ellie who have both been fantastic to work with and understanding our future projects. Their plans are affordable for small local businesses and can personalise to your business. I look forward to working with Claire and the team more over the next 12 months

These guys were absolutely awesome. Having taken over an F&B business which had no real website to speak of, I reached out to Trio to see what they could do. They looked at the business and understood what we were trying to achieve, they produced a great plan of what needed doing, within a price that I felt was good value for money. Six weeks later we had a first class website built, which has drawn significant positive comment, and increased our bookings and traffic by scales of magnitude we hadn't dare hope for. Jamie-Lee, Catherine and the team have all been absolutely first class, delivered exactly as they promised they would, and in the most professional of manners. What could have been a lengthy and difficult process was made easy. Communication was very good throughout the process. Always a can do attitude when we asked for changes to be made. As a top executive responsible for implementing BTs first national computer system in the 1980s, I have to admit I approached Trio-Media with some trepidation. How that was soon put to rest. I have never in my life come across a team so experienced, so dedicated and most important of all, so professional. They went through every stage of build with me, to redesign my existing website, which followed by a visit to my home workshop to video my work and myself. Jessica performed the video work with such assurance and panache. Back at the office the website build was performed by Colleen, who kept me in contact with development throughout. Beth was clearly doing research of my other social media needs during this time. The website was launched two days ago and I was speechless at the quality it showed on every page. They had also corrected some technical problems on my Instagram and YouTube accounts too.

Our website used to embarrass me. When I spoke to customers, I would make this spiel about how we were changing it and it no longer really represented who we are.

It feels SO GOOD for that no longer to be the case. And even after one week since going live, I can tell the difference when speaking with customers and its also helped with our recruitment process.

We approached Trio with a tender for SEO, and during the tender consultation they spotted a few technical issues with our site which the other firms hadn't noticed. We were able to adjust the scope and select a more appropriate service, which included modernising the website so that we could make minor changes on our own, and repairing the broken form. They threw in reformatting of the company logo for free.

Communication was good from the staff and we had a few meetings so that they could find out exactly what we needed, which for our small, highly specialised company is very important.

Overall we're happy with this service.
