SCAM - hidden subscription

Bought one time fasttrack pass for security. Three days later I found that I was signed up for a 12 month subscription and £79 was taken from my bank account. I contacted the company who said that the subscription is implied and that it was in the small print, and no refund will be given. Absolutely ridiculous. I have filed a complaint, and raised a dispute with my bank,. AVOID this company at all costs!

This website is a SCAM.

I paid for a simple fast-track service. Instead, I was tricked into a subscription I never knowingly agreed to (€79 !!!) The fact that this is not made clearly and explicitly visible during the purchase process is deeply misleading.

Even after I submitted a complaint clearly stating that I do not want any subscription, the company still attempted to charge my card. This shows a complete disregard for customer consent.

Luckily, my bank blocked the transaction.

Charging people for subscriptions without their clear and explicit consent and hiding this behind a fast, simple purchase flow is unacceptable and raises serious legal concerns.

Avoid this website at all costs.

Pure scam

I paid for a fast track code I didn’t received in time.
Of course making it useless.

3 days later got charged 79 euros for god knows what.

We should not use, under any circumstances, services that push these kinds of behaviour.

Don’t buy anything from this website…

Don’t buy anything from this website it’s a scam. I already notified German authorities about the business practice as it is purposely scamming people for a subscription they didn’t sign up for. Hopefully shut down soon.

Predatory

Predatory : I strongly advise against using this service, you are charged a subscription fee which is not clear. The company has replied indicating the information is clearly displayed. It is not. You’ll also note how they haven’t included an offer for refund, even though I’ve made it clear I never intended to subscribe, or an email address for correspondence. Make of that what you will.

Buyer Beware!

We also purchased fast track on 19th March while in a horrendous queue at Leeds Bradford Airport. On the 22nd they tried to take £79. Luckily it was from an account I don't use much and there was insufficient funds available. We were lucky!

This seems to be a scam

This seems to be a scam. I paid for a one time fast track and ended up subscribing to an expensive service without being aware of it. They are a slew as they don’t even send you a receipt for the subscription to avoid you noticing. At this point they refuse refund AND to send me a formal receipt for the services.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I purchased two fast track from Gatwick South terminal at £6.00 each not only did the links not work but after spending ages on the phone and having to email my details they then send me voucher for North terminal. While on holiday I saw they had taken £79.00 from my account when I called to ask why I was told I had missed the deadline to opt out of a subscription that i had no clue was linked. The "customer service" rep said she would cancel the subscription but their policy was no refund. What a con!! I for one will not let this go.
