Paid for amenities we not available
Travel a lot. Stayed at this hotel in past, nice. always click on 3 amenities. arrived, for 3 nites only to find out NO POOL. other hotels available with same amenities, but no refunds here, so stuck. asked for some sort of compensation. Comfort Suites said we had to go thru Expedia, Expedia said we had to go thru Comfort Suites. Over a week and still no results. One nite might have been forgiven, but not 3, especially when this is one criteria we always request.
