This company is not one to be trusted and are currently holding our merchandise for ransom when they have more money of ours than they demand we pay. Despite telling them we need to return the merchandise (they picked up knowing they couldn’t ship it) to receive a refund they told us they would not return the merchandise unless we agree to their outrageous fees which they refused to explain. They put a fee down stating "ex.work" and they picked up our property KNOWING WE HAD GIVEN THEM ALL THE SUPPLIER could provide. They have given us an ultimatum to either accept their fees or lose everything we have given them. How can a company hold property for collateral when they have a deposit of cash money that is MULTIPLE IN VALUE to the money they are requesting? How can an honest company when told if they don't return the property (they have no legitimate claim to) of their customers the customer will lose the ability to obtain a refund not return the merchandise and negotiate over the deposit? We are currently seeking legal representation to get back property they have no legitimate claim too. They charged us a thousand dollars to shrink wrap boxes and put them on a pallet after telling us it's only 90.00 dollars to do so.

These people are the worst and very nasty about our losses due to their GREED. If you have any other options go with the other option cause these people are ripping you off for sure.

Hopefully they get their act together and change this predatory behavior when it comes to their customers.

Good products. Didnt make clear duty wasnt paid (no reason why a reputable established vendor shouldn't prepay).

Worst though, Fedex charged me a clandestine additional 30 percent for processing the parcel through customs. This is something that had it been clear at time of sale, would have made them look jncompetitively expensive to both me and the vendor. Once they have your parcel to hold you to ransom, what else can you do but pay it.

Very slong lead time.

Allbthis is opposite to my previous experiences with them and I am sad to see this downturn.
