Ordered a spoiler extension for my focus St. Waited ages and then contacted them to be told it's a manufacturing issue and no idea how long it's gonna be to resolve. Request for a refund was accepted but I'm still waiting for the money. Not good enough you have had my money long enough. Won't be seeing my custom again after this.

Not sure what’s happened to this company. I’ve had several bits of them in the past, mondeo splitters, focus splitter, side skirts and spats but when I ordered a replacement for my mk3 focus st (the exact same one I’d ordered before) they sent me the wrong part. Tried all the usual avenues to get a replacement, but no luck and no response. Shame really as they were reputable.

Joke of a Company, took over 1 month to not recieve my splitter, i had no choice but to request a refund through my payment provider, they offered no solution other than to deliver to a different address! I have ordered elsewhere and it came within 2 working days, not the full 30 days like TRC took to not even have a splitter arrive… no compensation or solution offered, JOKERS!

DO NOT USE. Sent out a replacement part after 50 emails. Clearly sent out the wrong one as doesn’t fit correctly and told me to use adhesive to sort out the gaps😂 Bunch of cowboys. They didn’t even book the return with FedEx and I had to call and sort it after getting somebody to take 3 days off work. DO NOT USE!!

Very sad service and and attitude towards the customer. Delivered a damaged package and hesitated, did not bother and offered stupid solutions. I definitely recommend choosing other suppliers

I ordered the wrong low line kit for my car I ordered ST line instead of MK3.5 ST when I contacted TRC they were very helpful and very efficient and swapped the parts for the correct ones

Rear splitter arrived chipped and poor fitment even had it fitted at a body shop like they advise emailed them they told me to drive down they may be able to repair when I explained I work 6 days and would cost me a fortune to drive down etc never got a response not even as much as a apology shame as I ordered a full. Kit for my mk5 golf before and was perfect won’t ever order nor reccomend again

Have the TRC full low line kit and rear diffuser as well as the Ally Aero Spoiler fin - what can i say… great customer service fast delivery and products that were built to last, my Fiesta ST180 looks amazing - definitely worth every single penny.

Recently had some side and front splitters fitted. Also some rear spats. On my MK3 Focus RS. Absolutely 10/10!! For all the parts, and the customer care, from all at TripleRComposites. I would highly recommend this company, in a heartbeat to all. Just very, very top draw!!

No issues from me, I did find the side splitters for my ST180 didn't align 100% though
Customer service were helpful, helped me contact TNT to find out where my package went, albeit did take a little long.

From the 1st email, 1st phone call I knew I was in good hands.
Ollies customer service is outstanding.
The team work really well together.
I honestly can't say anything bad about this experience as everything was perfect. Definitely made the best choice with Trc.

Even though the side splitters were well wrapped the Items arrived badly scratched -underneath all the bubble wrap...
After taking photos and contacting the seller he became very defensive and virtually blamed the scratches on me!
His response is as below:

"All of our parts are quality checked before dispatched by one of the two directors of the business. If these marks where present at the point of packing the products up they would have not been sent. These look like they have been marked upon opening of the parts, looking where they are they wouldn't be visible once fitted to the car anyway. Many thanks, Ollie"

Recieved wrong item when placing an order. Informed them of the mistake, they then tried making money off this. Once I informed them I wasnt interested in the part they sent, they then came across very rude. Ignoring emails sent and organising for the part to be collect without responding to my queries by email.
