Terrible service. I asked them to deactivate my website 21 days ago and they have not done it yet.

Hi, I was new and got a ban. I didnt even type much. OK another try, same ban again. Something is here very wrong.

No response to a support ticket other than "we will get back to you in 24 hours." That was 12 days ago.

Dreadful organisation to deal with. They promised, some years ago, to migrate my website to another platform, but never delivered. Instead, my existing platform became more and more difficult to manage and maintain. Emails to them never got a response. Eventually, I decided to move to another hosting company and to move my domain at the same time. Again, they ignored all my requests for the required EPP/Authorization Code to enable me to move the domain. I resorted to raising a complaint with ICAAN which had the desired effect and they eventually sent the required code. After moving the domain, I asked them to turn off the Auto Renew on my account, but they ignored that request too. After further communication, they eventually did turn off the Auto Renew. Then they sent me a snotty email telling me that, because Auto Renew if off, they would close the domain (which they can't because they no longer have it), despite me having paid for their web hosting till August 2018 and their domain hosting till July 2020. Bunch of cowboys. No idea how they're still in business. Avoid at all costs.

The customer service is NON-EXISTENT. They say they have live chat customer support for paying customers. The DO NOT. Only email support. I currently have opened a case for support and no response in FOURTEEN days. Stay the EFF away from these clowns.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Really bad service and I mean REALLY! They just ignore you as if you do not exist. It wouldn't be so bad if the site would be operational in a normal manor but NO, plenty of breakdowns of all sorts. If you like frustration, this is the place for you.
