At the end of November, I bought a tomahawk x570 motherboard at this store, which upon arrival and installation produced multiple BSODs and power-kernel 41 errors (63). When I contacted them in the first instance, they did not respond, they only did it when I evaluated them negatively, offering to send another mother board completely free, since I have no way to pay for a return to their store.

Incredibly grateful I received the new motherboard days later, in exchange, of course to eliminate my negative evaluation. when installing it, to my surprise during the installation of windows it fails with a BSOD. after several attempts I manage to install windows and try to verify the problem, and always the same power - kernel 41 (63).

I thought my processor was the problem. How unlucky to receive two faulty MOBOS? Thanks to the generosity of friends I was able to get 2 additional motherboards to test and discard bad components.

first one was an B450M-HDV R4.0 to test the processor and ram memory, surprisingly when installing it on a different motherboard everything worked without problems, without any crash for hours, same processor, same ram, same power supply, and the same SSD.

Again with doubts about it, I was able to borrow another motherboard, this time an ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING that a relative of my friend generously lent me to test the rest of the build parts. As expected the build worked without any problem for hours, 0 errors 0 BSOD.

I wrote to the seller indicating everything that I detail here on January 15 of this year, I have not received any response. I am an architecture student who hopefully manages to pay for his career, which is expensive, unfortunately I already give up my money, the money that cost me so much to save, to aspire to have a pc with which to work in a better way. Unbelievably they sent me two bad motherboards, and not only did I lose money, but hours and hours of troubleshooting as well.

I hope my review will help other buyers to think twice before buying from this store, personally I will never do it again. Sorry about my english, is not my main language.

Product arrived in good condition, only gripe was that when I ordered the case I was unaware that it was shipping from Italy to USA. This concerned me about the arrival time because of Customs during the holiday season. Very little detail is given for shipping information during the transport process.

Great value product along with very good communication & fast delivery.

It took a few days to arrive and the tracking was a little awkward. Understandable under the current conditions. Communication was good despite some of the emails being unreadable.

We have problems of communication to buy it, but finnaly we received the robot. After it, we detect a failure in the robot. We send some photos and video and we have not received any answer for the warranty case. Please answer.
