Ordered on Tritex's online store, they had an excellent range of products - I was looking to bulk buy a bunch of meeples for an upcoming D&D campaign, and they were selling them for amazing prices! The ordering process was very straightforward and the processing and shipping was very fast. No complaints at all from me!

I've been visiting Tritex for years. Can't fault Jason and the team. Lovely dedicated people building a great gaming community... long may it grow and prosper.

Received communication and advised unable to complete the order, however was offered an alternative option or a refund. Requested the refund which was processed quickly. Happy with the resolution and would be willing to order again in the future to see if it was just an unfortunate one off.

I placed an order in January for a Riftbound product which was due to be released on May 8th. I reached out via email on May 15th to see if there were any expected delays. I received a reply on 18th advising that they had my order and it would be shipped once they landed. I emailed again on the 11th June to see if they had any idea of when the product might be expected to land/ship, however I am yet to receive a response. I did put a message in the discord as wasn't sure what the expected response times are, but not sure if this will be acknowledged. This is my first time ordering from Tritex Games but it unfortunately hasn't been a good experience. I feel like the communication could be better, so you at least know what is going on. At this point I am unsure whether I will be receiving the product or whether it will be cancelled and I will be getting a refund. Given the current experience of my first order, I am unlikely to recommend/use again.

Leaving a 5 Star Review due to great service . Only marked down slightly as the shop could be more transparent that the premium shipping option has no tracking/is 48 hours rather than next day. (I appreciate more details can be found on the delivery details page - but the info could be more front facing - on the order page itself) using an untracked service with the increasingly unreliable royal mail makes it an absolute pain when its signed for as it potentially means 72 hours of having to wait at home with no hint as to whether the parcel is out for delivery or not.

Ordered twice now for store collection. Order was ready for pick up within 24 hours both times. Nice and polite staff. Will be using again :)

Bought from this store about 2 years ago and didn't have a great experience, but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt.

I pre ordered journey together etb in January and didn’t got the item on launch date . I texted them on messenger and got response after few days . They told me I will get it when they get new allocation. I texted them on messenger again on 26 April but got no response from them .

I texted you guys on messenger . I still want the product if possible . I will remove the negative reveiw as long as i get the product.

Great experience with Tritex, several orders now and all arrived in good condition.
Most recent order had one item out of stock due to an issue on the supplier side, but Jason kept me informed throughout and even sent out the rest of the order ahead of time before dispatching the remaining item separately as soon as it came in.
Good to know that even if there's a problem, they'll put it right, I'll order from them again.

Excellent sellers for Pokémon. They split my preorder up as the release dates were spread out so I wasn’t sitting waiting for the final date for all my products, which is really appreciated! Great communication over email and on their orders page. Will be back!

I pre-ordered some Prismatic Evolutions items at very reasonable prices. While various scandals unfolded about removing seals or "losing stock", Tritex stuck to their promise and delivered the items I ordered at the prices they originally offered. Thank you for being a straight shooting company in a difficult time for the hobby.

Ordered the dungeons master's handbook alt cover to be delivered to Australia due to it being in very limited supply here. Cost and shipping were reasonable and delivery occurred quickly.

I ordered the Viticulture Essential Edition board game from their website. The price was very competitive, it was delivered in good time and the customer service was excellent. I'm very impressed and will use again.

Wouldn't honour a preorder price on their website and part cancled my order. Will not respond to calls, email or texts to cancle the rest of the order.
