What A RIPPOF

What A RIPPOF.

Every single check I've done with Trivago, I've found Trivago shows a HIGHER PRICE than it is with the individual providers themselves.
It's no wonder Trivago was fined $44.7 MILLION for misleading information.
Trivago's information is STILL MISLEADING.

Horse Riding Tours Finikia Hersonissos

On July 20th during our holiday we went on a fantastic horse-riding tour. Everything was perfectly organised. We were warmly picked up from our hotel and taken to the stables where we were welcomed with coffee. Afterwards we received clear instructions and our adventure began.
On horseback we rode into the mountains enjoying stunning views along the way. The route there and back was beautiful and we always felt well looked after. My 8-year-old daughter was smiling from ear to ear – an experience she will never forget!
Food and drinks were also included – delicious and plentiful. Everything was arranged by Horse Riding Tours Finikia Hersonisos, a warm family business that knows exactly how to give their guests an unforgettable day.
We enjoyed every moment from start to finish. Absolutely recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Useless trash

This can only be a useless, very expensive nonsense with how much commercials they broadcast. If it actually was good and useful to society it would not need to do that. Someone take the trash out please?

Twice I have been redirected to a completely different hotel whilst clicking on the correct name in the app. Luckey for me I knew the place.. if I didn't I might booked the wrong place with a vaguely similar name.

I downloaded both Trivago and Agoda hoping to find better deals then Booking showed me.
II'm deleting both after this message.
Agoda told me I had found the best price with them and NOT .
Trivago should change their name in just vaag..they linked me twice to a complete different resort then the one I had clicked on spelled and found correctly in their database Uh..but i didn't get to see it..instead I got redirected to some other place.. twice?
Conclusion..both sites are a waste of my 5 minutes.
I will keep on using booking,Air bnb and direct webpages to find the best price for my preferences

Expedia is a fraudulous company. Trivago not list expedia immediatly otherwise they they allow fraud and theft. Expedia is a Fraudulous company.
We booked a hotel in Nepal. On the moment of pay the site timed out 2 times.
The money was deducted from my Mastercard account. I never got any confirmation in a mail or SMS. I contacted the hotel and they confirmed that the hotel never got any bookings and money from Expedia.
I booked the hotel with Booking.com. The Booking.com service is very correct.
PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH EXPEDIA.

Hi there,

We're extremely sorry to hear you haven’t received your booking confirmation yet.

In some circumstances, you should allow 72 hours for the hotel to fully process your reservation. If your inbox is still empty after this time, we suggest searching your email with keywords relating to your trip. The booking confirmation may have gone to your spam folder.

Since trivago is only a price comparison website, the booking and payment process is managed completely by the booking site Expedia.
Therefore, we first recommend getting in direct contact with Expedia in order to seek assistance with this urgent issue.

Nevertheless, if you're not able to get help from the booking site, we will, of course, try our best to bring you into contact with them to ensure your request is being handled.

Please contact our Help Center at https://support.trivago.com/hc/nl/requests/new

Looking forward to receiving more information so we can further assist you.

Best regards.

Be careful what you agree to

Be careful what you agree to. They call you up make lots of nice promises about how much a membership with them would be positive but before you know it all you need to do is pay to be mentioned on their website. Con artists
