Absolutely appalling service. I ordered some trainers for £490 on 19/01/20 I didn’t hear anything and emailed and WhatsAppd so many times but did not get a reply until I said I was going to call my bank and get the order cancelled, they then finally replied and promised me they would give me an update the next morning 27/01/21. A week later I still had heard NOTHING. I requested a cancellation again on 02/02/21 and received an email late that night (11.30pm) from DPD saying they are expecting my parcel from Trndz boutique this was on 02.02.21 it has now been another 3 days and it appears Trndz boutique has not actually given my parcel to DPD. Yet it says it is due to be delivered tomorrow? So I have no idea if it’s coming or not?! Can’t see we how it is if DPD have said that they haven’t received the parcel yet. The thing that frustrates me most is I never get a reply to any of my emails or WhatsApp’s. So you don’t ever know what’s going on with your order, all they have said to me is it is delayed getting into the UK, but that was a week ago now. And they did not tell me this at the time of ordering. Only sell products you have in stock! Or let the customer know they will be waiting over 2 weeks! I have never complained about a retailer online but I would 100% not use Trndz boutique again unless they can resolve this quickly and turn their service around so they reply to messages more promptly! Until then though, you would be better using someone like Sneakers from Tom. Who gets your order delivered quick and replies to any messages on any platform promptly so you know what stage your order is at all times.
When you order something you do expect to receive it before 20 days if there is no indication there will be a delay. If I knew there was a delay I would have NOT ordered them as they were a birthday present as I told Trndz boutique in multiple messages.
I do hope they reply to this review as it really is last option as I can not get a response from their online chat service, phone line, WhatsApp or email.
UPDATE: My order has now been cancelled, the day before dispatch apparently so after 20 days of stress about the present I have not got anything for it and the refund hasn’t come through yet. So dont know how long that will take!! Save yourself some stress and DO NOT USE!
Response to Trndz boutique: I asked for a cancellation A WEEK before you sent a dispatch notification and in that week I heard NOTHING. With regards to keeping me informed. That is a complete lie. I have the emails and WhatsApp’s with the lack of response to prove it if there is some way I can upload them. Your response has angered me even further as it’s completely untruthful. Oh and by the way it’s great that you finally reply on here but I did send an email first thing this morning asking when I would receive my refund and have heard nothing back! Again!

Orderd and not even recieved tracking number, no customer service what so ever all the lines are dead

Finally got the correct size jacket after a month. Repeatedly asked for the postage charge to send back the wrong size item they sent me but surprise surprise no one answers. Customer service is non existent. No doubt get a bulls**t response about being busy or whatever but aren’t we all? Don’t use!

Ordered a palm angels jacket on the 17th of December is now the 5th of January and not received any item have sent a numerous amount of emails and have had no response

First time I ordered off the website they came through and I was happy. They promised a 10% discount code if I sent a picture of the item. I saw an item on their website which I wanted so I asked for my discount code to where they didn’t respond all day but where posting on their Instagram story so just too busy to reply to a paying customer. Also they cancelled the order in the end because it wasn’t in stock and was a website error which is really annoying as I was after the item for a long time. They eventually gave me a discount code after informing me that they would be let downs. In the end they caved in and gave it and I bought some jeans which came fast but overall I’m disappointed. I hope they actually send the 10% code they’re offering for a review now.

10/10 would highly recommend to anyone very efficient service no messing about

This is the worse I don’t know what’s going on with your customer service or shop but my experience has been ridiculous you reported my review this morning then finally emailed me after almost 3 months saying to write you from the email I order from which I clearly told u in the message my order number and email I ordered from... I contacted you people from that email as well about not receiving my item and simply wanting my refund I have proof of invoice 🧾 also sent you photos still says no item delivered you haven’t refunded me about my item order number 3967 u can contact me back from the email I ordered from now that you have it

Ordered a Dior top and messaged the Instagram account to ask for details on the order but no response. Other than that the t shirt was as expected and delivery was faster than expected. Good prices and quick delivery, would definitely recommend.

Prompt service and very friendly and helpful staff. Replied to a query I had almost instantly. Item came within 5 days and was perfect. Highly recommend shopping here and will certainly be using again
