We have tried to contact Trollweb several times on both e-mail and at their help desk, but they won't answer us regardless on how many times we contact them. We have now selected another company as our partner for our web projects. I have no doubt that they deliver good products, but that doesn't help if they won't answer their potential clients. Their service and support is really unacceptable, so we would not recommend this company to anyone!
