In attempt to quash my complaint

In attempt to quash my complaint, a university administrator offered to confer a degree that I didn't earn. Eighteen hours of the required coursework were "double-dipped" and grouped under a fabricated credential. Documents were falsified. Student records requests were denied and remain unfulfilled. An investigation ensued. The director of the reviewing agency suggested I accept and warned me against substantiating my expectations because it would be a hard road for me.
