The process to order a banner is painful. It takes forever to communicate with them and its all done through a portal. You can call customer service and talk to a person, but can not talk to the art team but through the portal. There are many more options I would choose.

Buyer beware. Make sure to order months in advance. I ordered this banner several weeks in advance to trade show and couple weeks after I contacted company and they were not able to ship the product in time. So I had to scramble to try to find another printer to do the work. Unfortunately it was not possible to do so. I do not recommend this company as they did not do anything for me other then ruin a trade show cause i was without a banner.

You did not complete my order. You reached out to me stating the image was pixelated. I asked to be contacted by a designer. They emailed me saying my phone wasn't working. I emailed back to ensure they had the proper phone number and never heard from you all again. As such, my order has never been completed and I've been trying to get a response but no luck.

Could not have gone more smoothly. I'm a repeat customer of TRT Banners and will always turn to them for my display business.

We have ordered many times from TRT, with very few hiccups, and usually great work... but this last time was our last time. We placed a time sensitive order 9/3/2020 and it was just shipped 9/23/2020.

We ordered 2 banners 9/3, approved our art 9/4 and waited to receive our shipping confirmation. It never came so we contacted them, they said they said they never received it, I have the email receipts, but we understood things like this happen. They said it would be shipped 9/16... never received a shipping confirmation but gave the benefit of the doubt because there have been previous orders where hadn't yet received our orders on time. But we received the confirmation 9/23 that it had just shipped... they only refunded us our shipping. This was a time sensitive order that we can now use only for a fraction of the time, and it's too late to print from somewhere else. Beware.

2 stars because they can produce great quality work, I just hope they truly pass on the information and work to not have this happen to other customers.

TRT has printed several banners for our association and each and every one has come back to us exactly as we asked. We are thrilled with the quality of their service.

The quality is top notch and the turn around time was very fast. The end result is a beautiful, and sturdy pull up banner.
