You asking for my opinion, well!
Order passed 15 days ago, still no news about it.
I asked 2 or 3 times a feedback by email, and I also contact you by phone. Yesturday, someone told me that I will be contact back by phone in the afternoon, and I still wait.
I do not know what happen but we are really disappointed

We do our best to get the correct parts to our customers ASAP. Unfortunately this time, the delivery time was longer than normal because our supplier was also out of stock . We sent the parts out on the 7th, together with the Track and Trace number, which was communicated through your account. The parts where finally delivered to you on the 9th of October.
We apologize that the communication was not as it should be this time. To prevent this in the future we have improved some internal communication procedures.
We do hope we can serve you next time when you may need any parts.

I am a new customer from the USA
I am a new customer from the USA. I was having a very difficult time finding an injector seal for a Mercedes engine. Surprisingly the majority of sites I searched in Europe either didn't ship to the US or didn't have availability to the part. That all ended when I arrived upon your site. Immediately A window popped up and asked me if I wanted he pricing in US dollars and that you did indeed ship to the US. The online transaction went very smooth. I was amazed at the short time frame considering the part originated in the Netherlands. A little over a week later and I have the elusive part in hand. Thank you TruckParts1919, I only wish your site had been the first one I went to that day.
