Absolute crooks. The delivery driver kept calling demanding more money. Some deposit of $3100 to transport a cat from MN to SD. Everything he was trying to say what type of regulation it was for never checked out on a simple Google search. He kept trying to justifying it and it's all a bunch of BS. I'm going to contact the BBB as well. This place needs to be shutdown,

What happened to customer service? It used to be great. Now it's bad. I have an account manager named Kyle Hannah. He has never tried to call me back as requested.

Truck Stop's billing department is terrible. Back in June, they charged a TQL load worth $2,800 by mistake—it should have been paid to my factoring company instead. I’ve been waiting for three months; they keep saying they’ll call me back but never do. The supervisor, Diana, said yesterday she would return my call, but she didn't. They are awful and refuse to pay me my money. I do not recommend them—everyone should stay away from there.

After twenty years using this load board. I called in to update my telephone number and I was asked to send a picture of me and a copy of my Driver license.
However for my own protection to keep my personal information private since my company address is different to my home address, I refused to release that info where my DOB and a picture of me will be in their database where it can be stolen at anytime.
Because of this, my subscription was terminated.
This requirement goes against you protecting your personal information and privacy.
They are using this as an excuse to get access to your personal information to be used for marketing purposes, same as Higway when they require you to give them access to your elog or if you choose not to, then they ask you for a copy of your truck tittle and financial agreement if you are buying the truck.
Guess what? I am taking my Business to your competitor and you just lost a customer and left with a bad review of your business practice.

The worst factoring company you can sign up for! I have several loads I need factored and I can’t even submit the documents through their app. I’ve been calling for 3 weeks straight and still can’t get any assistance and they’re telling me I have to pay a $500 fee to get out of the factoring agreement with them. This is fraud!

Customer service is terrible, cant understand them and when asked questions they arent responsive. We stopped working with them 3 years ago and they apparently still have a UCC lein on us and when trying to get it released they dropped the ball and said they did it when they didnt and now after calling all week long and giving them the 3 days at most they asked for its been going on 5 days with no release letter and they "cant ask anyone specifically" so "monday morning it will be done". Absolutely beyond frustrating and wildly unhelpful

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with someone because I'm not able to find somewhere to post a public review of your "services" and as of today I chose to cancel due to a complete failure of service in my opinion.

I initially contacted Truckstop as I approached my 6 months as an active authority and was given an extremely reassuring sales pitch by Aaron who convinced me that spending the $42 a month was a very wise investment and that along with my dedicated account support specialist I would have access to numerous opportunities to secure better loads through your load board.What a crock or crap!

I received a welcome packet from Tristan that contained somewhere around 30 names of brokers that I was assured would be happy to work with a new authority and for almost 2 weeks I and my girlfriend spend countless hours going through that list contacting each company. Its been 2 months and I have secured FOUR (4) accepted brokers from the Truckstop loadboard and not a single one of those 4 offer shipments in my area. My requests for onboarding information have gone largely ignored by these companies and every time I send an email to a prospective load it goes unanswered. I don't even bother calling brokers about shipments because I don't want to waste their time, knowing that I'm not an approved carrier I know they won't accept me anyway.

I've done all of the legwork myself to no avail and continue to book shipments through Uship because I have zero contacts after 2 full months of paying for Truckstop.

There isn't really a need to follow up, I've already cancelled and there isn't much you can do to repair the nothing that has been done. I will take my experience with me and use this as education with my next loadboard subscription, and never again will I believe anyone when they offer dedicated account management.

I received more calls from the guy about factoring which I very clearly stated I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN than anyone else, that was a very early indication that Truckstop is more concerned with how they can profit from drivers than how they can assist us. Yeah, sure, you'll help all day long as long as you're getting paid.

We have used both the load board and the Truckstop integrated factoring in the past and thoroughly liked the Truckstop integrated factoring within the app. The new Denim by Truckstop transition although, was done poorly. More than 90% of my submissions for payments have been late, almost a week at times, and I’ve never had that happen in the past. I didn’t care that I did or didn’t see a visual timeline of events for the factoring process. The verification process as well has slowed down immensely that I’m very unhappy with this product.

The only reason to get a star is to write this review. The load board is great and the only one I use. Factoring/Denim is an absolute nightmare and an abomination. It's not set up for a trucking company based on the verbiage to begin with. Throughout this year with Truckstop factoring and Denim, it's every other week I have to pull teeth for them to factor a load. They give you a "timeline" so you can see updates being done on their end. Which works out for me because I will see the majority of the time they are doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to get the load taken care of. Then I have to call in and every time it's someone I can barely understand because english wasn't their first language, so its contracted over seas. Straight up garbage comapany and I'm infuriated dealing with them and trying to get them out of my hair.

If I could give NEGATIVE 10 stars I would. I called to sign up with them. I liked the saleswoman but ultimately we decided to go with another company. I had not signed a contract with them so there should be no issue right…. WRONG when the factoring company I am trying to sign with ran my info they said someone has a UCC on you, have you factored with anyone else? I said no because our company is brand new and no we hadn’t but I did talk to truckstop so they said we don’t think it’s them because their UCC usually looks different, this one is BLIND so we don’t know who it’s from, But they looped me in to request to know who this company was that now had up binded to them. It’s a company that truck stop had I guess bought or partnered with “Denim” anywho, we are SEVEN DAYS IN, SEVEN DAYS OF MISSED LOADS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT RELEASING ME!!!! They are back and forth between departments because I have not signed any documents. You would think hey no contract no ties! Right? WRONG!!! So now I have no factoring company so I’m unable to take any loads! Everyday they say “24 hours”. Just got off a 3 hour call and guess what they said..,, “24 hours” one rep read me the notes, situation held up for 2 days because the supervisor that was supposed to process the LOR (letter of release” messaged another person basically asking “do we still want to be released”!!! Like WHAT!!!! Yes, if I’m asking for a letter of release why would you hold me up even longer asking if I still want it when there are ZERO notes saying I called to change my mind! RELEASE ME FROM YOUR UNAUTHORIZED SHACKLES! If you do this to someone who isn’t even under contract then I can’t imagine what you do when someone is!!! I will never ever consider doing business if you were the last factoring company in the world!

Don’t sign up for Truckstop load board. They will denied you on next day with no reason. Money is application fee not refundable. In the same day we send 2 applications. DENIED!!!!!

For The price wee pay four this app Truckstop :( the supposed to listen to customers and fixing the problem but they keeping making worse:(( now I have to call and cancel its not worth anymore its corruption:((
When you searching for the load and you put hi price 1st not any more the have those square bule frames :( they’re putting the cheapest lowest price first it doesn’t matter what you do :(((
And a lot of times or most of the times appears the Loads 7 days old three days five days 24 hours 36 hours on the Load board and I called them see what’s going on. Oh that’s the brokers they can hold the as much as they want :(( that load. When this loads It’s already a long time gone. :(
I guess they Broker pay extra to put their junkie load 1st :((
Truckstop works with brokers and ripping off small companies :((( for this high high prices it’s useless there’s a free apps better than them :(((

Low quality, poor service, high cost and low productivity, don’t recommend

Chase is my account manager and he immediately handles any problems I may come across. If needed he personally expedite my invoices.

There are not enough hours in the day to explain to you all the reasons to steer clear Of Truckstop Factoring. I feel like I have entered into a nightmare and I can't wake up from it. Giving them 1 star is way more then they deserve.

This truck stop company is absolutely garbage. It's a 3rd party company brokers use to verify insurance certificates which reflect because it's also 3rd world country customer service. Every year I spend 3-4 days going rounds with them on incorrect COI verbiage, talking to people I can barely understand. I despise of this company...

Truck STOP owns RMIS the portal that Brokers use to verify carriers. It’s a complete mess. Not only is the information never updated but the poor performance of Truckstop really cost carriers lots of revenue because Truckstop makes mistakes daily. The brokers who use Truckstop RMIS are only limiting their carrier’s availability and company growth because Truckstop RMIS can not get their act together it’s been 6 years of dealing with them and every year each change they do is for the worst.

Truckstop Factoring is scamming carriers with their Denim platform. They are saying you will get paid in minutes with their Express Factoring for a fee. You are not going to get paid that quick. It takes them days or sometimes weeks to pay a carrier. They have to verify load and rate with the broker. Once this is done they will pay you. This is the same process as regular Factoring without Express. Save your money. They do not work weekends. Non-recourse doesn't mean you will not owe the money back if a broker doesn't pay. Truckstop will take the money from you even if the broker files bankruptcy. Don't let them lie to you. They don't work for you. They work for the brokers. Truckstop will not help you. You are on your own to collect from brokers if they don't pay. If you need information like a email on a broker they will not give it to you. But if a broker needs something on a carrier Truckstop will give it to them. I do NOT recommend Truckstop Factoring to anyone.
