Was thrilled with my order,shirt fits well

Ordered a poster from these guys, not only did they charge me for two but I still haven’t received it (that was nearly 2 months ago) did email them with them stating it will be another 2-3 weeks, that was 5 weeks ago. Couldn’t find a phone number to call them directly. Do not trust this website as they will take your money with no return. Fair trading will be contacted.

Ordered a Seinfeld poster in its largest size, not only blurry but the image was stolen and had a watermark on it!!!!

I ordered 3 T-shirts and a coffee mug for my son's birthday. Let me just say it is all so effing SWEET!! By far his favorites. Bonus that we both wear the same size so I will be rockin these threads, too!! Thanks for helping me keep "The Coolest Mom in Town" title. I will definitely be ordering again.

Absolutely awesome! I had my order within days. Super high quality packaging with each shirt individually sealed within it's own wrap. Beautiful clean prints on very high quality cloth make the unique depictions clear to display and fun to wear. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!!

Cute designs and VERY poor quality for the price. I ordered the "Premium Fit" because its advertised as being extra soft. It is very stiff and has NO stretch to it. I asked if I can return it for exchange for the regular ladies tee. I was told no, but that they will do a reprint for free. A few days later someone else from the company emailed me back and said that is actually something they don't do. I forwarded them back the email in which I was offered a reprint, and the person basically said "too bad" in not so many words. I can't recommend doing anything business with them at all.

The quality was NOT what I expected for the price. Very cheap shirt. The design was funny so I purchased it without thinking, but when I got it I was very disappointed that I paid $20.

Saw the shirt for smoking catnip and had to have it! My shirt arrived promptly and fit like a glove, and I've already gotten some comments about how awesome my shirt is!

After having not received an order placed I have been emailing this company for the past two months to try to rectify the situation to no avail. The customer service representatives don't read emails and reply with uncompromising and unacceptable correspondence.

I bought 2 mugs and 2 shirts and I am very happy with the quality of the prints on all 4. Great products and I will continue doing business with Trudashop.

By far the least trustworthy printer/distributor of apparel that I've worked with. Our promotions company deals with dozens of distributors and we decided to give Trudashop an opportunity with a small order. Regretfully, they've been dishonest from the start. They do not honor shipping times. And when you provide the proof that they ask you for, they simply shrug their shoulders and keep your money by way of a dismissive apology. This experience has proven that Trudashop is a petty and ultimately crooked little player in an otherwise thriving industry. As a consumer, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.

I ordered a sweatshirt on 4th of November, today is 30.12.2018 and the product has not arrived yet.
Their anwser for my refund request:

"I've checked the status of your order RL-xxxxx-xxxxx and found that it is currently on-time. Unfortunately, as your item is currently in production, it is ineligible for a refund at this time."

Highly not recommended.

Quick delivery, quality product.

The product I ordered was exactly as advertised, great quality and arrived before the expected date. Would happily shop through Trudashop again!

Mug arrived well before stated delivery in perfect condition.
