I called True Air, and I was told yes, True Air received the email, and it will take 3-5 business days to receive the part. After that we will be scheduled for an installation appointment (Maybe more days).
This whole thing has been kicked back and force for two weeks. We are very dissatisfied with the builder and True Air. Especially True Air, the worst AC company I ever met.
