7/17/2023 Morning

7/17/2023 Morning, True Air Tech came to ************, and told the tenant that the blower is broken, and they will not be going to order the part until the builder agrees to pay their labor cost.

 10:18am
 Called, was transferred to voice message.
 10:19am
 Called, was transferred to voice message.
 10:19am
 Called, was answered.
 True Air said the builder has not agreed to pay.
 10:21am
 The builder said they verbally agreed to True Air, and the builder is going to put that in writing to inform true air they agree to pay the labor.
 10:23am
 Called, was transferred to voice message.
 10:24am
 Called, was put on hold for 8 minutes, and got disconnected.
 10:31am
 Called three times, was answered.
 I was told true air received no email from the builder and no one was verbally told by the builder they will pay.
 10:34am
 I called the builder, and the builder sent me the screenshot that they sent the email to approve they agreed to pay.
 10:36am
 Called, and I told the time that the builder sent the confirm of payment email.
 I was told it takes about 3-5 business days to receive the part, and then will schedule the appointment to come to fix, but not guarantee it will be the next day.

To conclude:
 I called 3 times to be answered by True Air, and I was told the builder has not agreed to pay.
 I called the builder, and I was told they would pay, and the builder replied to True air’s email to put “agreed to pay” in writing.
 I called True Air and was put on hold for 8 minutes and got disconnected. (I do not believe phone lane will accidently get disconnected)
 I called True Air 3 times and got answered. I was told no email from the builder.
 I called the builder and asked them to send me a screenshot of the email, they did.
 I called True Air, and I was told yes, True Air received the email, and it will take 3-5 business days to receive the part. After that we will be scheduled for an installation appointment (Maybe more days).

This whole thing has been kicked back and force for two weeks. We are very dissatisfied with the builder and True Air. Especially True Air, the worst AC company I ever met.
