Terrible quality of items and service

The quality of the products does not exceed that of the cheapest supermarkets. The photos on the website are completely misleading; in reality, the company sends rotten, moldy, overripe, or unripe products. The entire "contact us within 12 hours" system is a sham. I sent numerous photos and insisted on a full refund. Initially, the company tried to offer only partial compensation, then agreed to a full refund if I insisted. I confirmed that I did indeed insist, after which the company simply stopped responding. After a reminder, they replied... that they were not willing to refund the entire order. :)

Here’s what you can expect from their "premium product delivery":

Moldy oranges
Unripe or rotten mangoes
Unripe or rotten tomatoes
Unripe or rotten kiwis
Please do not believe the polite response the company might write here. They have no actual "customer service standards" apart from a thinly veiled, disrespectful attitude wrapped in polite language.

All fruits arrive unripe and hard. No warning about this. Your advert shows ripe fruits, unripe fruits I can buy in the supermarket. Disappointing.

You are absolutely right that we should communicate more clearly in the description of the products that some fruits are not yet fully ripe and need to ripen. We understand that this is disappointing, especially when the advertising shows ripe fruit and you had a different expectation.
