Ordered an item and forgot to change shio to address. Immediately sent them 3 emails to 3 different emails they have listed to have it updated. Sent 2 more rounds if emails the next 2 days. The 3rd day thru tell its been shipped. Well if you had checked your email you would have been able to correct it. Will never do business with this company again and leaving negative feedback all over social media.

It was nice shopping with TrueGether. The product got delivered on time and the quality was also good.

I have found this site to be very frustrating! I wanted to order 5 boxes of coffee. I was only allowed to order one. The shipping was almost twice as much as the product! If I had been able to order 5 boxes it might have been worth it. Many bad reviews on the site. Very disappointing.

Yesterday I tried to place an order with you. I was hacked and my bank feels it's your company's site that was hacked. I am reluctant to try again.

I ordered Anton berg coffee liqueurs on OCTOBER 2024. Was charged to my account and have heard nothing. Trying to get in touch with anyone is futile.

I received my Bible trivia game and it was better than expected. It was packaged carefully and in excellent condition.

Just because it says PayPal does not mean it’s really PayPal like it says it’s third-party. I do not recommend buying.

Google auto fill put in the wrong mailing address. I tried to correct the problem to no avail. I have sent several messages with no response. I called them several times and it went to voice mail stating no one was available to take the call

I just tried to place an order for Ultrathon Insect Repellent Cream. After putting in all of my information, including my Credit Card Information, I received the following message:
"! This store can't accept real orders or real payments."
And now they have all my info, and I have no product

I bought this really nice 3D glass electric wax melt warmer wax burner melter fragrance warmer for my home from Truegether.
The quality of product is so nice that it gathers the aura of the room at every instant and try to vaporise the wax through its special feature of a warm plate.
It's been quite a few time that I have been using it daily to have great smell inside my house. I will definitely recommend this product to others too.

Summing up, being a first time customer of truegether I'm fully satisfied with the product as well as their service.

Three days after I complained about Truegether.com's main customer service telephone number (415) 251-1505 not working ("the number you have reached is no longer in service") on Trustpilot.com, I called the same telephone number three times today, Wednesday, May 8, 2024. No more error message today when I called, but now it rings and rings and rings and eventually goes to a "Magic Jack" customer's voicemail every time. I left two messages on that "Magic Jack" customer's voicemail. At no point does the recording state I have reached Truegether.com's Customer Service line. Should I assume the "Magic Jack customer" in question is Truegether.com? If all Truegether.com (415) 251-1505 Customer Service calls go to voicemail, shouldn't the company consider a better way to identify their main Customer Service phone number besides "Magic Jack customer"?

Did I really leave two voicemail messages in Truegether.com's voicemail today? I'm not really sure since the recording never mentioned Truegether.com. It would be nice if somebody from that company would please call my cell number (805) 746-9569, since my repeated efforts on different days to call (415) 251-1505 have all failed.

There is no mention of CHAT on this company's website. Furthermore, the responses I've been receiving from them on Support"at"Truegether.com have not been helpful since my problem involves my inability to buy a product on their website that keeps failing over and over again when I try to buy this one product. How do you get help by e-mail for a problem like that?

Glad to see many people having good experiences with them. I was not one of them as I never received my purchase. I believe Truegether gave a try at first to help me recover my purchase but later as the Christmas season rush unfolded, stopped communicating with me. I don't blame them for the dishonesty of the dropshipping company screwing me over, but I do blame them for not vetting out their partners who are fraudulent and will screw someone over.

Seller will not respond to emails and no way to leave feedback... this one is a HARD pass, especially seller called MSM ALL.

UPDATE: The folks at TrueGether kept hounding the lout until he finally refunded my money. Good on them!
But my opinion of MSM ALL still stands!!!

Scam all the way through. Use a credit card so you have recourse.

This marketplace was supposed to be no fee for the sellers. I list one product on this platform and the next day I wake up with 46.05 GBP debited from my master card without any prior notices and without informing me.

Ordered item that stated free shipping, upon checking out I was charged nearly $14 for shipping which is outrageous. Contacted Truegether to cancel order, Truegether refuse to answer my emails. Would never recommendthis company to anyone. Full refund given. Thank you.

I bought something at 1am and I emailed asking him something and straight after I got a message on discord with some calling me all sorts of names being a tosspot all because apparently I messaged him too late. he ended up not giving me the game. not a nice first experience. The guy was apparently the owner of the site and my review got deleted.

This is a scam website and the sellers who are selling there are robbers. they just fetch your money and dont deliver your product even dont respond of your mails and calls. when seller does not reply trugether website never help you to get your refund back they just say sorry and says claim a dispute through your payment method. i have really a bad experience with this site
