Great product, great flavours and brilliant Customer Experience Specialist in Tahis. Somehow I managed to order entirely the wrong flavour WPI 90. But thanks to Tahis I was able to return my incorrect order and have the my intended flavour sent to me.

I have been using a number of True protein products over the past year. I love them all. In conjunction with my training, I feel amazing. The Protein powders are the best I've tried. Great flavours and easily dissolved.
The greens and gut health have helped me immensely. I'm so stoked to have found this company.

The customer service team at True Protein is terrific. They helped me sort out a problem I had caused by ordering the wrong product, got me the product I wanted and kept me informed every step of the way.

Customer service was prompt in replying. They were helpful and showed willingness to accommodate my request. I’m very happy with True Protein products and have recommended to my friends. So, I bought some as a gift for my overseas friends. Last year I travelled with True Protein all the way to Europe 😊

True Protein Pro Define smells like baby vomit and something is definitely off. Initial response time was good but the outcome insinuates that i am mistaken and their product is fine without even requesting me to send in the offending item. After being happy with this product for several years i expected better.

I’ll start with the good… great 5/5 customer service in dealing with my issue fast and fairly.

Unfortunately was sent two packages both of which ”exploded” on opening as the seal wasn’t sealed, also leaving the bag unable to be sealed and keeping the product fresh.

Too early to comment on the product itself but seems good so far!

This organisation uses Shop Pay and made unauthorised charges to the buyers card a couple of days after the first real purchase was made.

Impossible to deal with and will not give answers just another email address to contact.

Really love the protein shakes & does not leave me with any after taste.

The protein powder is delicious and arrived quickly, though you may need to experiment with the microwave settings. Once you've figured it out, it's extremely simple and quick to make.

Really Quick shipping and the protein powder tastes great. I’ve order three 1kg bags of the Choc Peanut Butter flavour and they are a staple of my daily routine!

I love the WPC80! not too sweet and drinkable. Great product (Good Price & Quality) Defos will order again!

Great taste without the horrible after taste

I have really enjoyed the toasted coconut protein bars from True Protein. It's particularly good for a mid-afternoon pick me up...gets me through to dinner time easy!

I LOVE my portable protein shaker. It is the perfect size, it is convenient and I love the colours!

What a great treat! So easy to make. Although you may need to play around with the timing within the microwave. Once worked through really easy and quick to make. Very delicious!

ZMA has helped me sleep so much better at night. I take 1/2 hour before bed and within 15 mins I am feeling weary. Lemon Burst is so refreshing, have bought the orange but have not tried as yet.Love ZMA 5 stars for sure 😊

Was nice to try out the range of flavours offered by True WPI. All mixed well, most were quite nice taste wise. Works well as travel packs. Would recommend the Strawberries and Cream, as well as Choc Mint

Their hot chocolate is the most delicious and rich HC with the bonus of it being High protein

I have tried many brands of protein. True WPI tastes great and, in my opinion, is suitable for lactose intolerant people as I am one myself and have had zero problems with stomach upsets. It is definitely worth the price and I know I will definitely continue to buy True WPI going forward. Love it!
