I cannot fault my experience buying from Trueshopping. 10/10

Waited delivery a little longer. Received good quality, convenient, can be quickly assembled and disassembled. It's generally super nothing to twist, look for bolts. If assembled in 10 minutes, then folded in 3 minutes. This pleasure is easy for me as a woman. This item is also inexpensive. Thanks to the creators of this miracle! I recommend

10 days to post a item out is somewhat ridiculous in this day and age I can receive parts from Europe quicker

I ordered an item on eBay which clearly showed that the item was despatched from the UK. The seller immediately gave a tracking number using Evri.
After 9 days since ordering I discovered that Evri do not have the item. It cannot have been despatched from the UK. Suddenly the delivery date was changed to 26th September.
I contacted the seller to ask for a refund but it was refused.
I believe that this company is selling goods based in China and purporting that they are in the UK.
This is misinformation at best and fraud at worst.

Well I can’t give feedback on the product as I still haven’t received it! Over 10 days have gone by since I ordered the item, I’ve had no update as to where it is or when it will be delivered.
I have messaged Customer Services but received no response. So altogether I’m not very happy!

Experience in ordering coffee table from True Shopping

This is the worst experience i have had in on line shopping. I ordered a coffee table and paid for it. Some days later I was trying to track the parcel and to cut a long story short it had got mislaid according to true shopping customer services team. I then asked for a replacement and was told it would come 3 days later. I then called and spoke to customer services who told me it hadn't left warehouse as they were moving warehouse. I asked to speak to a manager and there are 2 Laura and David and was told they would phone back. Over the next 3 days i phoned 4 times asking for one of managers to call me and neither of them could be bothered to pick up phone to call me. the customer services clerks i spoke to were polite and a little embarrassed saying managers very busy. I then called for probably the 10th time and asked for refund and for one of the managers to call me. The refund request had to get approval which took a few days and then 3 days later I received it on my credit card and still have not heard from Laura and David. I get the impression no one cares and several weeks down the line I am back to square 1 with no coffee table. What I object to is that neither of the managers could be bothered to call me despite the first coffee table going missing and the replacement one never being despatched. I have had no apology from the company despite having wasted so much time and effort in trying to get the table and then a lengthy process to get the refund.

POSSIBLE YOUR OK BUT THE COURIER SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE . GOOD HAVE BEEN AT THEIE HUB FOR DAYS
