Stayed in the Trump Hotel in Vegas for conference before I moved to the Wynn. Love both hotels but if you are a non smoker and non gambler like me, the Trump Hotel is your ticket to a great stay. It's very clean, 5 star luxury and really nice rooms. No smoking in the hotel, one of only 2 in the strip AND no casino so you don't get the riff raff, and it's a pleasant stay and you can actually breathe. For a relaxing stay I strongly recommend.

Bedbugs and bad ventilation

it was so bad, i was chached by a masqido the hole night, and a bed bug jumped on my leg as i was pooping (sorry for the loud noice i had ate toco bell yestuday) the lobby was clean though

Check-in was smooth and staff were helpful, but room service was a bit slow. Since they branded themselves as a luxury hotel, there was an expectation we had about their service especially because of the price we paid but the materials used in the room wasn't that at all high-end. I

TV picture quality is bizzare it doesn't stretch out the image at all ..only happens on one channel though which is bizzare

That should be enough to say how bad it is.

Despite advising at time of booking of a food intolerance there wasn’t a single main course at Turnberry that I could eat - the kitchen not advised . I would have been delighted with a simple steak that hadn’t been pre-seasoned with garlic but that was impossible .
Reception staff indifferent and simply said they’d improve training in future . Husband’s meal was great .
Breakfast, room, location and spa all lovely .

TRUMP TURNBERRY First I would like to say staff Gordon James and Harry could not do enough to make us welcome Unfortunately a few things left it not 4/5 stars review We expected a little more for our money Food in the club house was awful to say the least microwave fish The dessert they gave us complementary after the fuss re the bill Mcdonalds food would have been better Breakfast was ok the time it was served was actually off putting and cold service was slow and rather forced not a nice atmosphere at all the first room we had was cramped and on drying my hair I found a childs soother under dresser obviously room had not been cleaned to standard Jacuzzi did not work nor did the fountains of water in the pool not the experience the second room was acceptable but moving and packing after dinner was exhausting

Too many classless people at this place and the decor is just too tacky. Not worth it at all.

Nothing short of exceptional at Trump Turnberry.

We got married here in 2023, visited multiple times to use facilities and restaurants and I have played golf several times.

A very special place and credit to the staff for making it this way.

... every weekend a venue across the street plays the loudest rock concert I've ever heard, we stayed in the 25th floor and it shook the room until 2:30am .. also the freight trains are right out the back of the hotel and keep you up all night long, horrible experience, won't ever go back to this nightmare
