Collin's cowboys
Collin's installed a wetroom for my mum in 2019. Sent fitters who wasted time smoking on the front and botching our bathroom. The fitter had joined up a radiator pipe incorrectly causing a large flood upstairs saturating carpets and water poured through the ceiling, fitter came downstairs and stood in living room trying to catch the water with cupped hands asking for a bucket! Shower tray and floor was not sealed properly causing more water to pour through the ceiling causing further damage to carpets and ceiling plaster. The work was inspected and deemed to be substandard, it was ripped out and started from scratch. Collins have not been in touch to compensate for the damage caused to our property. Basically they send incompetent fitters who like to leave a mess and waste time, leaving you without a bathroom for weeks on end. It only took 7 weeks to fit a small wetroom, should have been 10 days. Been advised to go through small claims for compensation.
