I signed up to work for this company on June 26. I received an email with a "Tarot pack" manual detailing a confusing pay structure that proved to be completely misleading and inaccurate once I received my wages.The manual stated that if you work a minimum of 20 hours per week and complete designated shifts, you would be paid up to 25p per minute for landline calls or 23p per minute for mobile calls lasting over 12 minutes. The first minute of any call is completely unpaid. I fulfilled all these demands. However, when I got my statement, I was paid a paltry 16p per minute for a 50-minute call. They labelled this a "Tarot Cheap call"—a term never mentioned in the training pack. I asked management several times to explain how to know in advance if a call was "Tarot Cheap," but received no explanation other than "it depends on the provider." They used this loophole to severely short-change me on both of my two-week pay runs.Soon after I raised this issue, things went downhill. I started receiving heavy abuse from callers. One woman shouted death threats, others used vile language, and a male caller engaged in obscene heavy breathing. I raised these safety issues with management and was assured the callers would be blocked. This was never done, and the same individuals called back to abuse me again.Furthermore, the required designated shifts last either 6 hours or are split into two 3-hour blocks. I was never told I could take a break. The company culture implies that if you log off during these shifts, you lose your higher pay rate. I completed a grueling 6-hour shift with back-to-back calls and no breaks, which resulted in a severely sore throat and a chronic asthmatic cough. Despite telling staff I was in medical agony, they showed zero consideration and demanded I work even more shifts.Because my throat was bleeding and raw, I had to reduce my hours. Then, calls started sounding muffled. The company immediately blocked me from logging on, demanding I fix my line. I spent a full day with my ISP investigating my business VOIP landline. My ISP sent a detailed written report proving the technical fault was entirely on LiveLines' end. I forwarded this proof to them, but they terminated my contract and blocked me anyway.I found out they charge customers 60p per minute + VAT to speak to readers. They earn hundreds of pounds from our readings while paying readers a pittance. Their accounts on Companies House show exactly how much money they make at the expense of vulnerable people and underpaid readers. They are rude, offhand, and have zero respect for psychics or customers alike.I am taking my grievance further to regulatory bodies because I do not want others to suffer the physical and emotional toll I did. They also trade as Live Lines, Study Smarter and Social Psychics. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Livelines /Trusted Psychics is the worst working experience I have ever had. It comes as no surprise to me that they have 49% 1 Star negative reviews verses 39% 5 Star positive reviews, it is just a money-making enterprise. The admin support team is off the scale controlled bullying schemes to keep Readers on the phones as long as possible. They are not interested in the quality of Service provided to the clients, only the length of the calls and when they are deemed too short, Readers are logged out for the entire day on the excuse of “Technical issues”. It is clear to me that they have undisclosed revenue targets they want the Readers to make, but they don’t disclose that, instead they adopt a misleading and insincere attitude to the genuine work the Readers and the Clients should expect from their call interactions. An extremely disingenuous organisation.
