Great service , great house sitter Jocelyn was tremendous and capable and fantastic with the pets . Could not be happier.

We have had five sitters so far and they have all been fabulous! The people who have been our sitters have been easy to communicate with, responsible, loved our pets, and we’re always tidy. This is such a great program that we have recommended it highly to several of our friends. We can’t wait to retire and become sitters! Sometimes it’s a little tricky finding out the membership level that we have on the website.

Mostly clear instructions, which I found helpful. The online help is very average, a human would have been better.

I should be getting paid to be a house at her through trusted house sitters.

I was put onto this site by a friend and let me say it was the best thing. The ease, convenience and peace of mind that sitters are verified is reassuring. The app is easy to use. Highly recommend it.

Just off an idyllic housesit with easy-to-manage pets and super-communicative homeowners. I've used Trusted Housesitters for the last few years. I have always found them available and helpful. I do recommend their Premium Sitter membership; you may never need it, but if you do, the additional help they offer with Premium is well worth the cost.

3 stars because of the recent fee that has been added on top of the annual fee. Why not just increase the annual fee? Since I rejoined I am not happy with the new payment structure. Also can't afford to pay for the premium plan.

The platform has been great to me and I really have enjoyed meeting wonderful people and traveling. Once the next renewal starts I will cancel. It is extremely unfair to charge an extra fee each booking on each end. That's an extra $34 per sit they're making. Pretty greedy in my opinion. Wouldn't recommend for this reason. otherwise yes a good platform. But that one thing has completely ruined my experience.

I had a question about my membership and the support that came through an email response was so helpful, genuine and sincere.

I booked a house sitter three months in advance and 22 hours before my departure to Europe and 10 hours before the housesitters were to arrive - they cancelled. The response from Trusted Housesitters is all bots - there are no human beings for support. "we will put your trip back out on the platform and maybe someone is will be interested" All this within 24 hours of departure. There is no phone support - no accountability for their so called trusted sitters.

This was my first experience , and I only knew about it because of one of the girls that sits for you. I was very pleased with my sitter , and my dog was completely comfortable with her. She left the house in perfect condition and felt comfortable staying there, i believe.

Great service, finding a sitter can sometimes be a little stressful for me as I worry I will not get someone and then worry they will not arrive. But, I have used TrustedHouseSitters for 5 years now and only ever had 1 cancellation and 1 bad experience. The rest of my site went fantastically and we use the service once to twice a year

Within 24hours of posting my sit I had 5 offers to choose from at least 3 of which would have worked out well I believe. Our first dog sit went ahead without a hitch and I would have no hesitation recommending Trusted Housesitters. Like other service exchange sites each side is reliant on their reviews for future exchanges so risk is very low. For 140 odd euro it's a great option as I have had the dog minded and I don't now owe someone else a favour!!

TrustedHousesitters can work well. I have had a couple sitters who were not good though. My last one was perfect. Reviews are important and help but I also had a sitter who had many 5⭐️ but she was not that for me. I dothink TH is overall an excellent way to exchange travel, homes and pet care.

I am very happy that we found TrustedHousesitters. We just retired, and now have a modest income which equals "time and no money" for travel. TH helped us to make travel affordable. The process is also very seamless, from joining as a sitter, to applying, and communication between homeowners and us. I also joined Housesitters.com as it would be even better if we could earn money. But, that site is terrible; especially in comparison to TrustedHousesitters. With that said, it would be an improvement on TH if they offered paid sits also.

We found an excellent house and pet sitter through the service and very pleased.

THS was truthful, the website was easy to use, and Very helpful, the photos and location information was acurate, we booked the sit from over seas, and everything worked perfectly.

Everything was just right except for the app. I learned to avoid the app and go to the website. App size is off and often would freeze (as it did repeatedly when trying to add comments to my sitter review).
