I suggest not using this company
I took out a policy. I received the details online. I was unable able to open the pdf files as a password was required. I emailed them and it bounced back. I phoned and listened for ages, pressed option 3 it rang for a while then cut me off. I tried three more times and I was cut off every time. I tried to phone the claims line and hung on for 1/2 hr but no answer. I sent cancel notice and I am now awaiting my refund, fingers crossed.

Not a great start
Took out travel insurance for a holiday tomorrow and after paying, the screen said an email would come with policy etc and if not I was given a number and reference number to call.
Nothing came through on email so I called the customer services number - I had to wait for ages as a pre-recorded message talked about policy stuff blah blah. After pressing option 3 for customer services I just sat listening to very irritating music for a long time. I hung up and tried several times never able to get through, so I gave up.
What a bad start and I can't imagine what it would be like to get through to this lot in an emergency.
Would not recommend

Terrible company do NoT use for medical cover
My daughter taken ill on holiday with medical emergency. Absolutely no response from insurers despite calls and numerous emails.we are still in Brazil and I have arranged to repatriate my daughter with no assistance or communication from insurer. I will now refer to insurance ombudsman on my return. I have raised a complaint with the insurer but no response let alone offer of assistance. I will take legal advice on return Do NOT use this company.

I called medical assistance last night
after a bad fall not just once but 3 times to no answer just a dead line.

So I've always insured my phone through…
So I've always insured my phone through trusted insurance even getting my friends to sign up. I've always paid my premiums. I cover my phone for loss amd theft. I was on a night out for my friends birthday party.. my phone was stolen, I have reported ot to the police and report my loss including immobiliser website and the handset has been blocked. The have refused my claim. The have treated my case horrendous including not dealing with the Information I've sent them correctly. I have autism blood cancer and very vulnerable. I have had a traumatic experience and will urge anyone with caution not to use this insurance company. I'm not having to wait for a reply for a review of the case and also a complaint has been maid. If someone steals your phone amd you have insurance and pay every month you should never be treated in this way. I just hope it dose happen to anyone else. Il be waiting on a reply and taking this to the financial ombudsman.
